Tratamento cirúrgico do linfoma gástrico primário

Abstract: OBJETIVO: o objetivo deste estudo retrospectivo foi analisar os resultados de 25 doentes com linfoma gástrico primário operados com intenção curativa. MÉTODO: os dados foram obtidos pela revisão dos prontuários e contato com os doentes ou familiares. A doença foi estadiada pelo sistema Ann Arbor modificado por Musshoff e Schmidt-Vollmer e a classificação histológica utilizada foi o sistema de Kiel.
