Türkiye’ye Düzensiz Afgan Göçü: Zorunlu Göç Mü “İstila” Mı?

Abstract: Türkiye'de son yıllarda göç ve mültecilik tartışmalarının, Suriyelilerden sonraki, en önemli aktörü Afganlardır. Bağımsızlığını kazandığı 1919'dan beri, savaş ve çatışmaların dolayısıyla da siyasal ve ekonomik istikrarsızlıkların önemli merkezlerinden biri olan Afganistan, dünya göç ve mültecilik hareketlerinde önemli kaynak ülkelerden biridir.
