“…On the other hand, when featuring leaf‐like patches, they are part of a syndrome named ‘phylloid hypomelanosis’, reflecting mosaic trisomy 13q . Most other cases of hypopigmented naevi have been defined as ‘naevus depigmentosus’, probably after a 1919 paper by Meirowsky .
