Southeast Sulawesi Province has abundant natural resources, especially the mining sector. This is proven by the number of mining business permits in Southeast Sulawesi, but they have not made a positive contribution to the community's economy. The implementation of Corporate Social and Responsibility (CSR) in Southeast Sulawesi is still partial in the form of local and stimulus. That it has not had a long-term impact. This study aims to describe the regional government regulation model of Southeast Sulawesi province in community empowerment and development through the CSR of mining sector companies. This study is a qualitative descriptive analysis and used purposive sampling to select informants at the Energy and Mineral Resources Ministry of Southeast Sulawesi. This study showed the Provincial Government of Southeast Sulawesi make a program framework (Blue Print) which became a mandatory document for implementing community empowerment by mining companies in Southeast Sulawesi. The community development and empowerment program is part of the vision and mission governor of Southeast Sulawesi as listed in the RPJMD 2018-2023. The PPM program aims to develop community life be better. They can be sovereign, safe in fields economy, hardiness food, education, health, environment, politics, have faith and piety.

The people of Makassar, which are part of South Sulawesi, certainly have abundant cultural diversity, including the inheritance of character values and manners for the younger generation. Like the cultural conditions in general. Until now no one has been able to maintain the status quo of the culture itself. This study aims to determine: 1) How is the degradation of the socio-cultural values of Lontara characters such as the value of siri, pacce, sipakatau, reso among millennials in Antang Village. 2) What are the forms of changes in the socio-cultural value of the Lontara script among millennials in Antang Village. The research method used is descriptive qualitative often referred to as naturalistic research methods. The approach used in this research is the case study approach, the author uses the case study approach because an intensive empirical study investigating real life is carried out, the informants totaled five people with different backgrounds. Data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, documentation. The data analysis technique uses descriptive-analytical methods, namely data reduction, data presentation, verification. The results of this study indicate that the community sees the character of the millennial generation as having undergone significant changes. The cultural values of the Lontara script have begun to be forgotten, even most of them only know and have minimal application in everyday life, this can be seen with the absorption of understanding modernism, pragmatism, materialism, secularism, hedonism, and ethnocentrism. As for the forms of changes in the socio-cultural value of the Lontara script, there is an attitude of individualism in the millennial generation, behaving at will, discriminating against, dependence, loosening of ties, feeling insecure and promiscuity, consumptive behavior, and a lack of understanding of the millennial generation of cultural understanding.

Reconstruction of Social Support Approach Model for Tuberculosis Patients

This study aims to determine the reconstruction of the social support approach for tuberculosis patients' healing process. Methodologically, this research is based on a phenomenological approach. The results showed the reconstruction of the social support approach model needed to solve the internal and external problems is: (1) Maintain the paradigm and social belief that social support is an integral part of the system of treatment and cure of tuberculosis disease, (2) Promote an openness to all traits, types and forms of social support in a reciprocal way, (3) Development of mutual assistance based on local cultural wisdom values and socio-cultural norms in social support approach, (4) Empowerment of social competences in developing methods and strategies for innovative and creative social support approaches in accordance with the characteristics and needs of social support, (5) Institutionalization of social support into a social system and social structure, belief tradition system, system of values of local cultural wisdom, system of socio-cultural norms, medical service system, as well as government policy systems and programs in the prevention of tuberculosis disease, (6) Institutionalization of potential social support sources in an integrated and comprehensive, (7) Development of policies and programs specifically for social support approaches, (8) Institutionalization of participation of all parties both tuberculosis patients, family, neighbors, colleagues, social workers, health cadres, medical personnel, as well as other stakeholders, (9) Development of more specific macro-micro design to solve every problem of social support needs,(10) Development of social support approach strategies in an integrated and comprehensive manner to the problems faced by tuberculosis patients and its families.
