Abstract-Social media as part of the information communication technology, provides a space to argue on thoughts that had not previously been disclosed. It is moving very fast and become a new space of expression for the society. The phenomenon of social media today is increasingly widespread, not only become a place to make friends but also transformed into a new media that even used as a reference news, information and knowledge. Facebook as a social media with the largest users in Indonesia become a new media to influence public opinion, mobilize the masses and provide moral pressure on a conflict or cases. The era of information disclosure and freedom of speech seemed to be a double-edged sword. On one side it is advantageous but on the other side it could be detrimental. Using the concept of pataphysics, this research tries to see how the Indonesian people are challenged to face the "flood of information" in social media and against the hoax, hate speech and social media abuse. Pataphysics tends to eliminate existing ones and hold ones that do not exist. The growing virtual era makes the dominance of physical and metaphysical power replaced by the power of image (pataphysics). The image that was originally the medium for message delivery, now becomes the message itself. Pataphysics in social media in recent days drove netizens familiar with the most recent Pataphysics products such as hoax, hate speech and social media abuse.

Southeast Sulawesi Province has abundant natural resources, especially the mining sector. This is proven by the number of mining business permits in Southeast Sulawesi, but they have not made a positive contribution to the community's economy. The implementation of Corporate Social and Responsibility (CSR) in Southeast Sulawesi is still partial in the form of local and stimulus. That it has not had a long-term impact. This study aims to describe the regional government regulation model of Southeast Sulawesi province in community empowerment and development through the CSR of mining sector companies. This study is a qualitative descriptive analysis and used purposive sampling to select informants at the Energy and Mineral Resources Ministry of Southeast Sulawesi. This study showed the Provincial Government of Southeast Sulawesi make a program framework (Blue Print) which became a mandatory document for implementing community empowerment by mining companies in Southeast Sulawesi. The community development and empowerment program is part of the vision and mission governor of Southeast Sulawesi as listed in the RPJMD 2018-2023. The PPM program aims to develop community life be better. They can be sovereign, safe in fields economy, hardiness food, education, health, environment, politics, have faith and piety.

Proses komunikasi dilakukan lebih bebas, praktis, dan terbuka membuat pemilihan jodoh dapat berkembang dengan adanya media pencarian jodoh, antara lain aplikasi pencarian jodoh yang memberikan peluang yang sama antara perempuan dan laki-laki untuk memilih pasangan yang diidamkan. Proses komunikasi yang terjadi dalam aplikasi ini bersifat interpersonal dengan sistem swip e and match memudahkan mereka memilih ketika sudah memiliki ketertarikan. Bertemu dengan orang – orang baru untuk membina suatu hubungan yang berawal dari komunikasi interpersonal. penelitian ini memfokuskan membahas tentang bentuk hubungan interpersonal yang terbentuk melalui penggunaan aplikasi dating tantan, studi ini menggunakan data-data kualitatif dengan menggunakan teori penggunaan dan kepuasan oleh Katz,Blumer,dan Gurevtich. Penentuan Informan berjumlah sepuluh orang yang dipilih dengan pertimbangan dan tujuan tertentu, hasil dari penelitian ini hubungan intrpersonal yang terbentuk melalui tiga tahapun yaitu kenalan, pertemanan, dan hubungan pribadi, hadirnya aplikasi jodoh tentunya memberikan dampak bagi para pengguna untuk itu pengguna disarankan untuk lebih berhati-hati dalam menggunakan aplikasi jodoh dalam mencari teman ataupun pasangan. Kata-kata Kunci: Aplikasi Tantan; Pencarian Jodoh; Kencan; Komunikasi; Media Baru

“Pemanfaatan Media Penelusuran Informasi Pada Perpustakaan Universitas Halu Oleo Dalam Memenuhi Kebutuhan Pemustaka”Program Studi Perpustakaan dan Ilmu Informasi Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik Universitas Halu Oleo Kendari. Pembimbing IDr. La Tarifu, S.Pd.,M.Si, dan Pembimbing II Sutiyana Fachruddin, S.Sos.,M.I.Kom.Tujuan Penelitian adalah untuk memenuhi seperti apa pemanfaatan media di Perpustakaan Universitas Halu Oleo sebagai sarana Penelusuran Informasi dalam memenuhi kebutuhan pemustaka.Teknik analisis data menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif.Lokasi penelitian ini di UPT Perpustakaan Universitas Halu Oleo jalan HEA Mokodompit, Kambu, Kota Kendari.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dari 3 point yang disebutkan dalam penelitian ini yakni OPAC, Bibliografi Buku, JaringanInternet/Database Online diketahui bahwa media penelusuran Bibliografi kurang penggunaannya. Pemustaka cenderung memanfaatkan media lain seperti opac dan jaringan internet/database online untuk mendapatkan informasi. Dari pemanfaatan media tersebut dijelaskan oleh peneliti bahwa kebutuhan kognitif dan afektif pemustaka terpenuhi dengan baik sehingga meskipun salah satu media penelusuran tidak dimanfaatkan dengan baik tetapi pemustaka masih tetap terpenuhi kebutuhannya.Meskipun begitu, tetap saja pihak perpustakaan tetap harus mengoptimalkan media tersebut karena menjadi bagian yang penting dalam pelayanan perpustakaan. Saran untuk Perpustakaan Uviversitas Halu Oleo yakni:lebih ditingkatkan misalnya pembaharuan media bibliografi sehingga ketika pemustaka membutuhkan sumber rujukan bibliografi tersedia dan informasinya selalu dilakukan pembaharuan,pemanfaatan media penelusuran ada baiknya diberikan informasi tambahan mengenai media apa saja yang dapat diakses di Perpustakaan untuk memberikan kemudahan dalam proses pencarian informasi.

This Community Service Program aims to support the accessibility of technology-based tourist attractions in the era of globalization. This is based on the conventional method used by the object of service in serving tourists who will go to Bokori Island. Conventional means relying solely on information from person to person about their business. This is certainly ineffective, especially entering Society 5.0. era, where the focus is not only on the technological component but also on the human. Therefore, the service team offers a solution in the form of making a digital-based ship rental application (website) and assistance in its use in the form of training. This website is useful not only to advertise community businesses but also Bokori island tourism. The website will be managed by an admin who is a representative of the Bajoe village community. The features contained in this application are Bokori Island Tourism info, crossing points, checking ship availability, boat rental, and ticket printing. The presence of this application is certainly very useful for tourists, especially those from outside Kendari, they can order tickets in advance of the time they want to visit Bokori island. The community service program was positively welcomed by the local community, especially the crossing business owners because they felt helped by the application made by the service team.
