Understanding smallholder farmers' capacity to respond to climate change in a coastal community in Central Vietnam

Abstract: Climate change as expressed by erratic rainfall, increased flooding, extended droughts, frequency tropical cyclones or saline water intrusion, poses severe threats to smallholder farmers in Vietnam.
