Universal-coding-rate scarce-state-transition Viterbi decoder

Abstract: AbstradThis paper proposes a universal-coding-rate scarce-state-transition (UCR-SST) Viterbi decoder that permits the realization of a highspeed and high-coding-rate one-chip forward error correction (FEC) CMOS LSIC.
