The study aims to determine the use of digital literacy in the students of FKIP Universitas Halu Oleo. This type of research is quantitative research conducted in the Faculty of teacher training and education Universitas Halu Oleo Kendari in the academic period of the odd semester year 2019/2020. The results of this study indicated that in the dimension of access to digital literacy use in the students of FKIP Universitas Halu Oleo with a good category of 54.83%, in the dimension of digital literacy competency in the students of FKIP Universitas Halu Oleo has a good category of 40.11%, and there are differences in the use of digital literacy in the students FKIP Universitas Halu Oleo reviewed from its dimensional. Conclusion of this research is generally a portrait of the use of digital literacy in the students of FKIP Universitas Halu Oleo categorized quite well with the dimension of access strongly affect the ability of digital literacy students FKIP Universitas Halu Oleo

School Literacy Movement is a program made by the government to improve the literacy skill in elementary and secondary school level. This program is the implementation of Regulation No 23 by 2015 about growing manners. This is a descriptive evaluation study that use Discrepancy evaluation model as a tool to evaluate the program. The aims of the study is to find the gaps between planning, process and result of School Literacy Movement at Secondary School that is adjusted with the vision and mission of the school and the master design of School Literacy Movement issued by Minister of Education and Culture. The stages those are observed are design, installation, process, product, and cost and benefit. The study uses interview, observe, and document study to get the data from the principal, teacher, and students. The result shows the gaps are 1) school haven’t design any training for the teacher about literacy, 2) school hasn’t prepared an instrument to evaluate the program, 3) learning stage of literacy is implemented only for Bahasa Indonesia (should be for all subjects), 4) school hasn’t prepare any cost for the literacy program. Thus, it can be concluded that there are still some gaps happened in doing the School Literacy Movement at Secondary School based on the Master Design of School Literacy Movement issued by Ministry of Education and Culture.

Digital literacy is one of the important skills that must be mastered by Biology Teacher. An effort has been applied to integrate the learning of Animal Systematics with the training of digital literacy for pre-service biology teachers. This research aimed to evaluate the digital literacy of pre-service teachers that programming the Animal Systematics Course as well as evaluate the need for the course related to the implementation of digital literacy training. This research used mixed method, involving one group shoot case study. The samples were 25 pre-service biology teachers programming Animal Systematics Course. The course implemented projectbased tasks, namely animal systematics mini-research, scientific writing, and phylogenetics reconstruction. The digital literacy of pre-service teachers was evaluated based-on four indicators, namely internet searching, hypertextual navigation, content evaluation, and knowledge assembly. The data of the digital literacy score was analyzed descriptive-qualitatively. The result revealed that literacy digital of pre-service biology teacher can be enhanced through the learning process of Animal Systematics Course. The scores of internet searching, hypertextual navigation, content evaluation, and knowledge assembly rose significantly, reached a score of 85 on average. It can be concluded that digital literacy can be trained during the learning process of animal systematics. This research also recommends the need for an electronic book of animal systematics as supporting learning resources.
