Variations Saisonnières De La Composition Des Laits d'ÉTABLE Et De Fromagerie Dans La Région Du Gruyère. I. — Plateau De Nozeroy (Jura)

Abstract: vêlages: le tableau V donne la proportion des vaches qui se trouvent durant cette période hivernale à leur le, 2e ou 3e contrôle, donc autour du minimum physiologique pour les constituants étudiés. Cette proportion est calculée en p. 100 du nombre total de vaches en lactation. On voit que, pendant les mois d'hiver, elle atteint ou dépasse la moitié de l'effectif des étables contrôlées.
