Videogames to Promote Physical Activity in Older Adults with Schizophrenia

Abstract: Older adults with schizophrenia need physical activity interventions to improve their physical health. The purpose of this report is to describe the preliminary acceptability of a videogame-based physical activity program using the KinectÔ for Xbox 360 game system (Microsoft, Redmond, WA) in older adults with schizophrenia.
