The purpose of this article was to find out group guidance services with self-management techniques in improving the learning achievement of class X aliyah students at the AL-Muhlisin Islamic boarding school Batubata for the 2020/2021 academic year. The method used in this research is descriptive research method. The objects in this study were 5 students of class X-1 Madrasah Aliyah who were lacking in learning achievement. The sample used is class X-I students. Instrumentation of data collection in this study using observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study are data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The conduct of group guidance with self-management techniques to improve the learning achievement of class X aliyah students at the Al-Mukhlisin Batubara Islamic boarding school for the 2020/2021 academic year, has succeeded in increasing student learning achievement, this can be seen by the increase in student values and knowledge when in teaching and learning activities, so it can be concluded that group guidance with self-management techniques is very effective in improving student achievement in class X-I aliyah at the Al-Mukhlisin Batubara Islamic boarding school for the 2020/2021 academic year.

Bu araştırmanın amacı, aktif öğrenme teknikleri temelinde kütle ve ağırlık konusuna yönelik geliştirilen kılavuzun 7. sınıfta öğrenim gören özel öğrenme güçlüğü olan öğrencilerin kavramsal anlamalarına ve görüşlerine etkisini belirlemektir. Bu çalışmada bir olayın derinlemesine incelenmesini sağlayan özel durum yöntemi kullanılmıştır. İlgili araştırmada özel durum yöntemi temelinde her bir özel öğrenme güçlüğü olan öğrencinin kavramsal süreçlerinin derinlemesine incelenmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Çalışmanın örneklemini yedinci sınıfta öğrenim gören dört özel öğrenme güçlüğü olan öğrenci oluşturmaktadır. Kavramsal anlama testi ve mülakatlar yoluyla çalışmanın verileri elde edilmiştir. İlgili veri toplama araçlarının analizinde tam anlama, kısmi anlama, alternatif kavrama ve anlamama kategorileri kullanılmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda, geliştirilen kılavuzun özel öğrenme güçlüğü olan öğrencilerin kavramsal anlamaları üzerinde olumlu etkiler sağladığı belirlenmiştir. Öğrencilerin bireysel gelişimleri incelendiğinde süreç içerisinde öğrencilerin genellikle tam anlama kategorisinde ilerleme kaydedemedikleri görülmüştür. “Bu durum öğrenme güçlüğü olan her bir öğrencinin öğrenme sürecinde kendisine özgü ihtiyaçlarının bulunduğu ve öğrenmelerini destekleyecek ilave uygulamaların geliştirilmesi gerektiği sonucunu ortaya çıkarmaktadır.”

Learning does not always go according to what is expected. The existence of problems during the learning process is a challenge. The subjects of the Qur'an Hadith have been found learning difficulties for students. So to understand the learning difficulties experienced by students and know and analyze the creative efforts of Qur’an teachers Hadith in overcoming learning difficulties, this research was conducted at madrasah International Standard in Mojokerto. The researchers use a qualitative approach, a type of case study using; collects data, analyses, and concludes field data. As for the research findings: 1) Difficulties faced by students include; difficulty reading, writing, memorization, and understanding material 2) While creativity carried out by the Master of the Qur'an Hadith to overcome learning difficulties, namely; a) On the difficulty of reading and writing; Personal approach, Cooperate with the Muadalah program; (a) Reading the Quran with tajwid (b) Providing writing and making up skills in Arabic, b) Difficulty memorizing material; Giving short verses, providing motivation, instructing repeat memorization giving time lag during learning c) Difficulty understanding the material; Giving repetition of the material, using simple language, providing motivation, interpreting verse every word.
