“…Blood samples were collected and were analysed using Ventana method for serum ionogram, including iron, calcium, sodium, potassium, chloride and magnesium ions. Besides the testing of biological markers, the subjects were given the DASS 21R questionnaire for depression, anxiety and stress assessment [48,53]. Statistical analysis.…”

“…It is noteworthy that the methodology of modification of the surface of the GCE is rapid and that the data obtained when compared with those present in the literature [23,[26][27][28][29][30][31][32][33] has performance as good as the sensors described; however, the preparation methodology of some is more laborious than the proposal in this work.…”

“…It is extremely important for the proper treatment of patients that needed L‐dopa that this should be done in a sufficient diagnostic way on‐site with a very fast continuous analytical procedure and sensor device detection on immediate at‐site taken biological fluids (urine and blood samples). However the majority of methods in Table 1 used glassy carbon electrode with a design that is unfortunately not quite suitable for on‐site work except two methods [22, 26] that used screen printed electrodes that may be suitable. Furthermore, although an electropolymerized film of 3,3′,3′′,3′′′‐tetraaminophthalocyanatonickel(II) (p‐Ni II TAPc) was used in the determination of L‐dopa it was only deposited on glassy carbon to form a glassy carbon (GC) electrode [18], applied to estimate the concentration of L‐dopa in commercially available tablets and not quite suitable for on‐site diagnostic work.…”
