Well-being, occupational stress and pain perception as predictors of IT services quality in a Bucharest multinational Company

Abstract

This research focuses on highlighting a possible model of multiple linear regression between independent variables: positive relationships, autonomy, control, personal development, sense of life, self-accept, total stress, quality of life, avoidance, cognitive control, social support activities, predictors of quality of services. Methods: The subjects / participants are a total of 35 employees. Results: The hypotheses were confirmed partly for bivariate correlations between the scales of the used instruments. Conclusions: Results show that service quality depends on the quality and autonomy; positive and statistically significant relationship between the variables quality of services and quality of life; positive and statistically significant relationship between service quality and avoidance variables.
