to assess physical health and biological age of 1st 2nd year girl students, depending on their physical activity, as well as to work out system of control over students' health. Material: in the research 1st and 2nd year girl students (n=120) participated. Results: students' busy in their working day was analyzed as well as student's understanding of healthy life style during working day. We also paid attention to reasons of sharp weakening of students' physical fitness and determined integral indicator of healthy life style conception as well as significance of every its component. The following concepts are introduced: physical health, including individual level of physical condition; physical fitness and physical state. We found normal level for every component of physical health and correlation between population, regional and individual norms. Conclusions: For students' healthy life style formation it is necessary to observe norm requirements to all its components. Violation of any component's norm results in worsening general final result.

Background and Study Aim. Physical inactivity is one of the challenges that increases the chance of death from heart disease, stroke, cancer, diabetes, and chronic lung disease. Limited empirical research has been conducted on understanding the factors that can influence physical activity promotion. This paper aims to conduct a systematic literature review to identify and examine the factors that influence physical activity promotion in physical education Material and Methods. A systematic literature review (SLR) was used to identify these factors. Results. Three databases were used in this SLR, i.e., ERIC, SCOPUS. Overall, 95 articles met the inclusion criteria, and factors' data was extracted from these articles. Initially, 182 factors were identified from 95 articles. After applying the thematic analysis method, a final list of 15 factor categories was identified. The top 6 factors which can influence physical activity promotion are (1) qualified and experienced teachers, (2) design of competitive physical activity tasks, (3) fun in physical activities, (4) good studentteacher relation, (5) innovative curriculum, and (6) teamwork. In this paper, a list of guidelines has been provided that can assist in the implementation of these factors. Conclusions. Educational institutions must implement all top 6 factors in their curriculum for adequate physical activity promotion.

This research aims to theoretically substantiate the effectiveness of creative-prospective management in the professional training of contemporary youth in the context of developing social partnerships. Additionally, it aims to describe the functional model of creative-prospective management in professional education within the social partnership framework. The study involved 482 South Ural State Humanitarian-Pedagogical University students, the Russian State Vocational Pedagogical University, and the Shadrinsk State Pedagogical University. Furthermore, 100 graduates currently employed in secondary education institutions participated in the study. The following methodologies were employed in the experiment: the Mehrabian Achieving Tendency Scale (used by employers and social partners to determine the relationships between partners in social partnerships) and the modified Magomed-Eminov (1989, 2002) scale (utilized by employers and social partners to assess the quality of graduates' professional training). A multistage quota sampling technique and a review of the modification questionnaires were used to ensure the experiment's reliability. Respondents participated in the assessment of the effectiveness of professional education managers. The empirical research revealed synergistic connections between an expanded list of specialities and training directions associated with the differentiation of professional education and the employability of graduates in the Ural labour market. It was determined that creative and prospective management is necessary to prepare highly qualified and competitive graduates. This allowed for identifying key criteria for assessing the quality of higher education and their indicators, including the level of overall development and professional qualifications of graduates, as well as the employability of graduates in the labour market. Implementing creative and prospective management can serve as the basis for the dynamic expansion of international educational agglomerations. The development of social partnerships can increase the competitiveness of educational organisations involved in diversification processes within the international educational space. The analysed theoretical and practical positions emphasise the challenges and possible solutions associated with the system of social partnership.
