Work Discipline, Competence, Empowerment, Job Satisfaction, and Employee Performance

Abstract: Abstract: The results of the study indicate that employees were not satisfied with their work discipline, competence, and empowerment. Thus, job satisfaction cannot be compared to employee performance.
