Workplace Effectiveness and Psychotherapy for Mental, Substance Abuse, and Subsyndromal Conditions

Abstract: While it is known that psychiatric illness and subclinical psychiatric illness can be very disabling, their impact on workers' productivity has been little appreciated or appropriately addressed.
