Xanthogranulomatous oophoritis presenting as a pseudotumor of the ovary: a clinical dilemma

Abstract: Background: Inflammatory Pseudotumor of ovary is a distinct benign entity characterized by the presence of spindle cells mixed with variable amount of lymphocytes and plasma cells.
