Yazma Eğitiminde Konu Seçiminin Önemi

Abstract

All the activities carried out to give individiuals the ability to write is called writing instruction. Writing skills improves academic achievement, is an important skill areas that will help individuals to work throughout their lives. In the research, the writing skill and between academical success is determined significant and positive relationship. Writing is a communication tool and is the most effective form of self-expression. Writing is provides to transfer ideas and information from generation to generation. Writing training is given in 8 stages according to new teaching approaches. Writing is the first phase of Pre-selection stage and the subject of literacy training is done at this stage. Each post has a subject, not the writing without subject. This study is a descriptive survey model. Documentary screening method was used in the research. At this study, the importance of the choice of subject in writing activities is intended to teach to academics, researchers and teachers. Research shows that students have got serious problems in writing activities. Students are reluctant to write action. Writing subjects that given are also effective in students' reluctant to write. Students do not want to write in subjects that they are not familiar, uninteresting their interest, lack of knowledge. Experts said that is to choose the subject well one of the criteria of success in oral and written expression. Subjects must be found that to activate their imagination to popularize the act of writing to the students and subjects must be chosen according student's age, development period, lived place, level of knowledge and interests as writing subject.Key Words: Writing, writing instruction, subject, choice of subject ÖZET Bireye, yazma becerisini kazandırmak maksadıyla yapılan etkinliklerin tamamına yazma eğitimi denilmektedir. Yazma becerisi akademik başarıyı artıran, bireylerin hayatları boyunca işlerine yarayacak önemli bir beceri alanıdır. Yapılan araştırmalarda, yazma becerisi ile akademik başarı arasında, anlamlı ve pozitif bir ilişki olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Yazma, bir iletişim aracı ve kendini en etkili ifade etme şeklidir. Düşüncelerin ve bilgilerin, nesilden nesle aktarılmasını sağlar. Yazma eğitimi, yeni öğretim yaklaşımlarında 8 aşamada verilmektedir. Yazma eğitiminin ilk aşaması Yazma Öncesi Hazırlık aşamasıdır ve konu seçimi bu aşamada yapılır. Her yazının bir konusu vardır, konu olmadan yazı olmaz. Bu çalışma tarama modelinde betimsel bir çalışmadır. Araştırmada belgesel tarama yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Bu çalışmada yazılı anlatım etkinliklerinde konu seçiminin önemini akademisyenlere, araştırmacılara ve öğretmenlere kavratmak niyet edinilmiştir. Yapılan araştırmalar öğrencilerin yazma etkinliklerinde ciddi sıkıntıları olduğunu göstermektedir. Öğrenciler yazma eylemine karşı isteksiz davranmaktadırlar.
