Zelena ekonomija i kvalitet usluga u maloprodaji

Abstract: Sažetak: Maloprodaja se suočava sa sve izraženijom konkurencijom sa jedne strane i sa sve više zahtevnijim potrošačima sa druge strane. Upravo zbog toga, maloprodavci teže da unaprede kvalitet svojih usluga i na taj način ispune i prevaziđu očekivanja potrošača i formiraju konkurentsku prednost.
