λ⁵‐Phosphorin‐Derivate mit funktionellen Gruppen am Phosphorinring: 1,1,4‐Trimethoxy‐2,6‐diphenyl‐λ⁵‐phosphorin

Abstract

Ausgehend von 4-Acetylamino-1 ,l-dimethoxy-2,6-diphenyl-hs-phosphorin (1) konnten wir iiber die bei der Hydrolyse entstehenden einfach bzw. doppelt ungesattigten Ketone 7 bzw. 3 nach Deprotonieren bzw. Reduktion und Alkylieren 1,l ,4-Trimethoxy-2,6-diphenyl-hs-phosphorin (8) darstellen und als bestandigen, kristallisierten Tricarbonylchrom-Komplex 9 charakterisieren. In ahnlicher Weise wurde auch 1,4-Dimethoxy-l ,2,6-triphenyl-hs-phosphorin (10) erhalten und in den Tricarbonylchrom-Komplex 11 iibergefiihrt.L'-Phosphorine Derivatives with Functional Groups at the Phosphorine Ring: 1,1,4-Trimethoxy-2,6-diphenyl-L5-phosphorine 4-Acetylamino-I ,I-dimethoxy-2,6-diphenyl-hs-phosphorine (1) was hydrolyzed under various conditions to the one-or twofold unsaturated ketones 7 and 3, resp. These ketones were deprotonated or reduced and methylated to 1,l ,4-trimethoxy-2,6-diphenyl-hs-phosphorine (8) which was characterized as stable crystalline tricarbonylchromium complex 9. In a similar manner 1,4-dimethoxy-1 ,2,6-triphenyl-hS-phosphorine (10) was obtained and transformed into the tricarbonylchromium complex 11.Bisher sind nur wenige Derivate des hs-Phosphorins mit funktionellen Gruppen am Heteroring erhalten worden'). Versuche, aus dem durch acetylierende Reduktion von 4-Arylazo-1,l-dimethoxy-2,6-diphenyl-hs-phosphorinen2) leicht zugtinglichen 4-Acetylamino-hs-phosphorinDerivat 1lb), dessen Kristallstruktur inzwischen bestimmt3) und mit seinem ebenen Ring in vollstandiger obereinstimmung mit anderen, &nlichen hS-Phosphorin-Derivaten gefunden wurde4), durch Hydrolyse das freie Amin herzustellen, ergaben nur a d e r s t luftempfindliche Ole. Es gelang nicht, hieraus durch Diazotieren, ebenso wie durch Nitrosieren von l und nachfolgende thermische Umlagerungs), das 4-Diazo-hs-phosphorin-Derivat 2 herzustellen. Statt dessen erhielten wir stets nur das bereits auf anderem Wege gewonnene6p1c) ungesattigte Keton 3. Da dieses auch aus 1 mit alkoholischer Salzsaure in Gegenwart von Luft entsteht, ist nicht sicher, ob auf dem erstgenannten Weg die Diazoverbindung 2 durchlaufen wird.

A π‐Conjugated, Covalent Phosphinine Framework

“…The FTIR spectra of monomer 4 , PMC, and CPF‐1 are shown in Figure a. The bands ranging from 2930 to 2830 cm −1 are assigned to C−H stretching vibrations of MeO, and the bands between 1005 and 1015 cm −1 are assigned to C−O/P−O stretching vibrations of the λ 5 ‐phosphinine (P‐O‐C) . These absorption bands appear in all FTIR spectra, including the λ 5 ‐phosphinine‐containing CPF‐1 structure.…”
