Banking service of consumers has been effective with the help of mobile phones. Mobile Banking has been efficiently use by the customers in order to save their time, money and effort. The sampling size of the research is 200.The statistical tools used in the research are percentage analysis, chi-square, Anova. The main aim of the study is to find customer attitude towards mobile baking and their change of behavior with mobile banking services.
The purpose of this study was to identify the employability skills that employers perceive to be important for entry-level graduates and the skills set required for sustainable employability of graduates in India. In most of the Indian colleges, students a from different academic backgrounds coming from different places having different mother tongues. So, there is a need to provide them a common platform to make them competent enough to face the real challenges of today's corporate world. English is the language which can remove the lingual difference among them and give them a common medium to communicate. Employers are often looking for skills that go beyond qualifications and experience. Each employer has different perceptions and expectations toward graduate skills. According to many research findings the students with skills like positive attitude, effective communication, problem solving, time management, team spirit, self-confidence, handling criticism, flexibility, etc which are also known as soft skills as a whole, have much more better chances of survival in the tough corporate world compared to the students who are lacking in the soft skills. Employability skills are very essential in the current global job market. Skill shortage remains one of t major constraints to continued growth of the Indian economy.
Venoms from the deadliest animals, including spiders, scorpions, bees, and centipedes, are composed of a complex mixture of various peptides developed to catch prey and defend other animals. Venoms are composed of several bioactive molecules such as proteins and peptides that modify physiological conditions in other organisms. These bioactive peptides penetrate tissues and blood vessels to encounter numerous receptors and ion channels, and modulate their activities. Venoms are being employed to treat various medical issues, including cardiovascular diseases. Venom peptides regulate several ion channel behaviors, such as voltage-gated sodium (Nav), calcium (Cav) and potassium (Kv) channels, and are set as a therapeutic approach. In this perspective, we emphasized the isolated lethal venomous peptides' effects on cardiac ionic channels and their mechanisms of action for the cure. We also summarize the highlights and molecular details of their toxin-receptor interactions and prospects to develop peptide therapeutics for respective cardiac electrophysiological diseases.
