<p class="Abstract">The implementation of MDA in Pandeglang has received recognition (legitimacy) of the Local Government formally Pandeglang in the form of legislation (regulations). The purpose of this policy to improve student achievement in the field of Islamic religious education as evidenced by the Madrasah Education Graduate Certificate Diniyah Awaliyah (STTB-MDA) as a requirement for continuing education to higher education. Compulsory education policy background to solve problems and MDA obstacles in the implementation of MDA associated with an educational component, namely: (1) residents learn, (2) educators, (3) curriculum, (4) Facility, (5) finance, (6) teaching and learning, and (7) Management. The case study uses a qualitative descriptive approach, which focused on policy and policy implementation using MDA compulsory primary and secondary data sources. The research concluded that the policy of compulsory education has reached the goals of MDA with the following indicators:</p><ol><li>Regulation of MDA compulsory education policy as a juridical foundation consists of Local Regulations, Rules and Regulations Regent Education Office and the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office Pandeglang;</li><li>The finishing MDA problems toward positive changes associated with educational components, namely: community learning, educators, curriculum, infrastructure, finance, teaching and learning activities, and management;</li><li>MDA policy objectives of compulsory education as a condition of continuing to higher education already begun, although the effectiveness enforcement begin 2012;</li><li>Compulsory education policy implementation goes according to MDA goals and targets of policy stakeholders, MDA education providers, communities and citizens to learn;</li><li>Significant policy impact in improving student achievement in the field of Islamic religious education.</li></ol><p class="Abstract">Based on the results of the study recommended that local government policy on Compulsory Education Pandeglang MDA can be applied in other areas in the administration of MDA is more conducive.</p><p class="keywords">Keyword: Diniyah Awaliyah, policy, madrasah, local government, compulsory education</p>
<p>The drug abuse in Indonesia is becoming worse, which is indicated by the more abusers as the victims. Globalisation era easily enables people gain their necessities; drug as one of those tempting; especially the young generations, which makes them as the addicts. The worst thing of being an addict is that he tends to violate the norms in societies even the laws. A drug abuser is anybody uses drugs without any legal rights and against the laws, while an addict is anyone misuses and experiences addiction to the drugs either physically or psychologically. Islamic Boarding of Suralaya is a specific boarding for juvenile delinquency and drug addicts rehabilitation center. It was initiated by a moslem charismatic clergyman, KH. Shohibul Wafa Tajul Arifin who was during his life had contributed to the state and goverment in assisting to prevent the drug abuse in Indonesia. The Mental Rehabilitation center is named as Pondok Inabah which applies Inabah methods, by bathing, praying and dzikir (contemplating). This reaearch is a case study with a qualitative descriptive approach which focuses on the islamic methods of drug abuse prevention of juvenile and supported by primary and secondary sources of data. This research findings theoritically infer that the Inabah therapy method is islamic educational methods with spiritual approaches which are covered in an integratated, strictly and consistently applied curriculum; an effort to rehabilitate the drug abuse victims by <em>tazkiyatun nafsi </em>(individually purifying) in the practices of repentant bathe, prayers, and contemplation. Inabah theraphy, scientifically could be analogized as the sublimity theory in psychoanalysis by Sigmund Freud; by distracting negative energy/ libido urges to positive energy or decent deeds, which, he compared, is more productive to other mental defenses. This, yet differ with moslem psychologists such as Ibnu Sina-Avecina, Malik Badri, and Muhammad Utsman Najati who explained the importance of the spiritual dimension in reconciliating the addicts� mentality, so that the practices of prayers and contemplation become the islamic sublimity methods. The results of the islamic education with spiritual approaches will provide a moslem an alternative solution in the efforts of preventing the drug abuse victims by rehabilitating the patients� mentality to return to the paths of Allah�s SWT favour.</p><p>Keyword: Inabah, Pendidikan Islam, Penyalahgunaan Narkoba, Remaja</p>
Penelitian tentang persepsi siswa Madrasah Tsanawiyah terhadap pendidikan multikultural keagamaan dalam penanggulangan radikalisme secara dini dilaksanakan melalui pendekatan kualitatif-deskriptif dengan populasi sebanyak 285 siswa dan sample yang menjawab angket sebanyak 168 responden (58,95% dari populasi 285 siswa/i). Dari sample tersebut menjawab pertanyaan dengan nilai ideal pada skala 5 sebesar 86,74 %.
<p class="15bIsiAbstractBInggris">This research aims to find out the guidance and counselling program of Shaykh Wahbah az-Zuhaili in dealing with the issue of domestic divorce. This research is a literary study of his works. This study resulted in several programs, including A husband must give advice, direction and coaching to his wife. He also has to deal with every problem. Other programs to overcome household problems are advice and guidance, bed separation, punches, and appointing judges to mediate the problems.</p><p class="16aJudulAbstrak"><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p class="16bIsiAbstrak">Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui program bimbingan dan konseling dari karya Syaikh Wahbah az-Zuhaili dalam menangani masalah perceraian rumah tangga. Penelitian ini merupakan studi literatur terhadap karya-karya beliau. Hasil penelitian ini menghasilkan beberapa kesimpulan di antaranya: pasangan suami dan istri yang memiliki masalah dalam keluarga harus berupaya memahami kaidah-kaidah membangun rumah tangga dalam nilai-nilai Islam, pasangan suami istri mesti memahami hak dan kewajiban masing-masing. Seorang suami mesti memberikan nasehat, arahan dan pembinaan kepada istrinya. Ia juga harus mengatasi setiap permasalahan. Adapun program lainnya untuk mengatasi masalah rumah tangga yaitu: nasehat dan bimbingan, pisah ranjang, pukulan, dan mengangkat hakim untuk menengahi permasalahan yang terjadi.</p>
