The existence of the ḥudūd theory is due to the thoughtlessness of the ummah which is marked by the dependence of all legal problems on their priests. The main problem in this study is the existence of the verses Amtsâ l in the Qur’an especially those relating to the description of world life and its interpretation of several interpreters as an approach, as well as a description of human attitudes in addressing the life of the world. So that Amtsâ l as one of the sciences of the Qur’an as well as the method of the Qur’an in conveying messages, lessons, and wisdom and intent content in it. So on this basis, Amtsâ l isexpected to be able to provide an innovation as well as a method in a mental revolution towards the morals of both believers, infdels, and hypocrites, to be more aware of the beauty and pleasure of the world like a patamorgana that makes humans fall into the valley of destruction. Tafsir al-Kasysya>f karya az-Zamakhsyari sebagai objek kajian dalam penulisan ini, karena tafsir ini merupakan salah satu kitab tafsir yang sangat menekankan aspek kebahasaan (morfologi) sebagai pendekatan dalam melakukan penafsiran. Kemudian tafsir ini pula sebagai tafsir yang penafsirannya bercorak rasional. Hal ini didasarkan karena bahasa Al-Qur’an memiliki fleksibilitas yang tinggi yang dapat dipahami secara rasional, baik secara tekstual maupun kontekstual dengan berbagai pendekatan, termasuk pendekatan kebahasaan. Aspek kebahasaan telah memainkan peranan yang cukup penting dalam penafsiran Al-Qur’an. Bahkan para ulama’ menetapakan syarat umum yang harus dikuasai oleh mufasir yaitu penguasaan kaidahkaidah kebahasaan.
The origin of human creation and biological events is an important study material in the discourse of modern science. Even more so when related to Darwin's theory of human creation which has drawn much debate to this day. So this paper tries to provide a description of the scientific interpretation carried out by Tantawi Jawhari on the verses of human creation shows efforts that lead to rational and progressive interpretations. The rationality of the scientific interpretation of Tantawi Jawhari in the verses of human creation can be seen from its interpretation which reflects an attempt to affirm the religious spirit of a rational, progressive and integrative people. Interpretation of Tantawi Jawhari not only shws the use of reason but reflects progress and unity between the sciences in Islam.

Oleh karenanya pemerintah melontarkan istilah new normal dalam rangka membangun kembali semangat dan cita-cita masyarakat untuk mempertahankan kesejahteraannya. kondisi new normal akan menyebabkan perubahan sosial, termasuk pola prilaku dan proses interaksi sosial masyarakat. Oleh karenanya dalam penelitian ini berusaha memberikan suatu tawaran arah baru untuk menyambut sekaligus mengisi kondisi new normal. Tawaran tersebut berupa model masyarakat madani yang pernah dibentuk oleh Nabi Muhammad Saw. Masyarakat Madani terwujud dari nilai-nilai Qur’ani yang terealisasi oleh masyarakat Madinah. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode maudhu’i (tematik) dalam mencari dan mengumpulkan ayat yang berkaitan dengan nilai-nilai al-Qur’an dalam pembentukan masyarakat madani.
