This study was aim to know and to analyze the influence the amount of population, unemployment rate and educational level to poverty in Aceh province, by using quantitative descriptive approach through time series during 20 years (1995-2015) the secondary data was used from Aceh province. Type of the study classified to multiple linear regression model that is based on OLS (Ordinary least Square.) The result of this study shown that unemployment rate and educational level have positive and significant effect on poverty while the number of population has no significant effect to poverty. This study was suggestions that should be considered by the government is that pay more attentions on the quality of human resource, by giving more trainingof capacity building and skills of workers in order to competition for better occupation and far from poverty. Keywords: Number of Population, Unemployment Rate, Educational Level, and PovertyAbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa Pengaruh Jumlah Penduduk, Tingkat Pengangguran dan Tingkat Pendidikan Terhadap Kemiskinan di Provinsi Aceh, dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif-kuantitatif yang berupa data time series, selama 20 tahun (1996-2015) berupa data-data sekunder yang dipilih dari total keseluruhan Provinsi Aceh.
This study aims to determine the factors that influence the number of domestic and foreign tourist visits and to measure the value of willingness to pay for the benefits of tourism objects in Banda Aceh by using the Travel Cost Method Approach. The type of data used is primary and secondary data. Primary data obtained by non-probability sampling, obtained as many as 30 domestic tourists and foreign tourists as many as 30 people, with the method of analysis of ordinary least square (OLS). Secondary data was obtained from the Central Statistics Agency, Tourism Office and other study literature. The results showed that for domestic tourists, the independent variables on travel costs, alternative costs, time costs, and income had significant effect on the number of domestic tourist visits with an R² value of 0.690. In foreign tourists, the independent variables of travel costs, alternative costs, and income have a significant effect on the number of visits, while the cost of time has no effect on the value of R² 0.693. The average value of WTP of foreign tourists is greater than that of domestic tourists, namely domestic tourists with a WTP of 4,000,000 rupiahs while foreign tourists are 217,000,000 rupiah. Given the large contribution of tourism to the economic conditions in Indonesia, especially in Aceh, the government should maintain and pay attention to the conditions of tourism objects and improve tourism facilities so that tourists reach the maximum level of utility so that it will increase the value of PAPs.
This study aimed to analyze the influence of the GDP, the real interest rate, the labor force, the private investment in Indonesia. The data used in this research is time-series data from 2000 to 2014. The research model uses an error correction model (ECM). The results showed in the long term, GDP, labor force and real interest rates have a statistically significant relationship good and theory with a confidence level of 95 percent. In the long-term estimate found that the labor force will greatly affect private investment and the estimated short-term real interest rates affect the amount of investment that will go to Indonesia. In coefficient explained, the labor force has a strong influence and advice foreign investment into the country. For short-term model estimation results indicate GDP and real interest rates significantly affect the labor force in private investment but no significant effect on private investment. However, both long term and short term, variable real interest rates still the basic reason for investing. In result of cointegration explain that the variable GDP, real interest rates, and the laborforce has a cointegration relation to investment in the long term. The government needs to increase investment and promote the economy and set the interest rates are low.
In the last decade, counties of Aceh Province was transformed into twenty three counties from ten. This tranformation implies to differencing on economic growth these counties between before and after transformation. finding out the conditional convergence economic growth when spatial effect is included. This research is developing in spatial econometrics study. This research is using descriptive statistical analysis; continue with Spatial Durbin Model (SDM) approach which is show significance pattern of the perfomance interpendence. Exploratory Spatial Data Analysis (ESDA) by using Statistical Analysis System (SAS) and Minitab Software. Generally, our results suggests conditional convergence economic growth after transformation among counties in Aceh when spatial effect is included.
