This research takes place as an object in Manufacture company in BEI period 2011-2014 by these research goals to analyze empirically the effect of Physic capital efficiency (Value Added Capital Employed), human capital efficiency (Value Added Human Coefficient) and structural capital efficiency (Value Added Structural Coefficient) toward finance performance (EPS, ROA, TOBIN'Q). The result of this research indicates that physic capital efficiency (VACE) influence positively toward EPS, ROA and TOBIN'Q. Therefore, the first hypotheses (H1a, H1b, and H1c) is accepted. The result of research indicates that variable VAHC doesn't influence toward EPS, variable VAHC influence negatively toward ROA and TOBIN'Q, therefore the second hypotheses (H2a, H2b, and H2c) is rejected. The result of research indicates variable VASC influence negatively toward EPS, ROA and TOBIN'Q. Therefore, the third hypotheses (H3a, H3b, and H3c) is rejected. For next research, it can use finance performance measurement by using Return on Total Asset (ROA) because from these three models the measurement of finance performance are EPS, ROA and TOBIN'Q, are obtained the result that the magnitude of intellectual model prediction toward finance performance is bigger enough by using prediction of ROA, if it is compared by using of EPS and TOBIN'Q.
<p>This research aims to design a web-based multimedia applications, interactive learning, in order to improve the learning outcomes of students, especially students of Vocational High School. Multimedia Learning has been designed with some additional content in the form of applications: decision support system for multimedia usage based on Model of Multimedia Learning Success. The population obtained from respondents vocational school in Central Java, which is already implementing multimedia learning. The method used is qualitative analysis in the form of: the development of multimedia learning integrated with decision support systems. Design and implementation of multimedia learning success system that is abbreviated "Sikemuning". Sikemuning can be used to measure or provide guidance for teachers in the use of multimedia. Interviews with several respondents teachers from vocational schools in Central Java showed that: the system success multimedia learning developed in this study can be used as feedback to assess the success and effectiveness of the implementation of learning activities, multimedia learning can improve the performance and intelligence of vocational school students.</p>

The process of ranking the major alternative use traditional methods of Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), which consists of a criteria subjects value, the value of attendance, the value of talent, values </span></span><span class="longtext"><span lang="EN-US">of</span><span> Psikotest and quota </span></span><span class="longtext"><span lang="EN-US">of </span><span>class. The final result in the form of </span></span><span class="longtext"><span lang="EN-US">majors </span><span>recommendation from the calculation of the most high-ranking criteria. Recommended majors are expected to be the right advice for decision makers to make decisions majors, where the results showed that with this system have recommended majors conformity with the competence and talents of students by 74%.</span></span></p>
This research focuses on the design of governance of college performance using IT Balanced Scorecard using online questionnaires to stakeholders in the college of Perspective Contributions Organization, User Orientation, Operational Excellence and Orientation in the Future. System development method used in this study using the method of using the waterfall SDLC. By using the information system of governance of college performance using IT Balance Scorecard, data processing faster and more efficient and quicker in making an evaluation report IT governance, helping the presentation of information and error reduction calculations, the transaction data maintained intact its security, is able to complete the process preparing reports quickly, speeding up the process of calculation and the conclusions of the assessment of the performance of the college. Metode pengembangan sistem yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode SDLC menggunakan waterfall. Dengan menggunakan sistem informasi tata kelola kinerja perguruan tinggi menggunakan IT Balance Scorecard, pengolahan data lebih cepat dan efisien sehingga lebih cepat dalam pembuatan laporan evaluasi tata kelola IT, membantu penyajian informasi dan pengurangan kesalahan perhitungan, data-data transaksi terjaga utuh keamanannya, mampu menyelesaikan proses pembuatan laporan dengan cepat, mempercepat proses perhitungan serta kesimpulan dari penilaian kinerja perguruan tinggi.Kata kunci : tata kelola teknologi informasi, IT Balanced Scorecard, dan perguruan tinggi PendahuluanSekarang ini hampir semua perguruan tinggi menerapkan penggunaan teknologi informasi sebagai pendukung kegiatan operasional pengajaran serta administrasi pelaksanaan unit terkait dengan kegiatan usaha institusi. Hasil penelitian dari Sistem Informasi Penjualan, Pemelian dan Persediaan berbasis web ini yaitu yang dapt membantu proses pengolahan dataseperti data penjualan, pembelian dan persediaan serta menampilkan notifikasi bila persediaan mencapai batas stok minimal.
