Rekam medis adalah berkas yang berisi catatan dan dokumen tentang identitas pasien, pemeriksaan, pengobatan, tindakan dan pelayanan lain yang telah diberikan kepada pasien pada sarana pelayanan kesehatan. Permasalahan yang terjadi di Klinik Utama Meditama Semarang yaitu pengelolaan data medis yang kurang efektif dan efisien. Sistem informasi ini bertujuan supaya pengelolaan data medis dapat berjalan dengan cepat dan tepat. Metode pengembangan sistem ini menggunakan SDLC dengan membuat diagram-diagram UML seperi use case diagram, class diagram, activity diagram, entity relationship diagram sebagai tahapan perancangan sistem. Sistem informasi ini dibuat dengan berbasis WEB menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP yang didukung basis data MySQL. Hasil rancang bangun sistem ini diharapkan dapat menjadi salah satu solusi dari permasalahan yang terjadi selama ini.
<p>This research aims to design a web-based multimedia applications, interactive learning, in order to improve the learning outcomes of students, especially students of Vocational High School. Multimedia Learning has been designed with some additional content in the form of applications: decision support system for multimedia usage based on Model of Multimedia Learning Success. The population obtained from respondents vocational school in Central Java, which is already implementing multimedia learning. The method used is qualitative analysis in the form of: the development of multimedia learning integrated with decision support systems. Design and implementation of multimedia learning success system that is abbreviated "Sikemuning". Sikemuning can be used to measure or provide guidance for teachers in the use of multimedia. Interviews with several respondents teachers from vocational schools in Central Java showed that: the system success multimedia learning developed in this study can be used as feedback to assess the success and effectiveness of the implementation of learning activities, multimedia learning can improve the performance and intelligence of vocational school students.</p>

PT. Millennium Energy Semarang merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang energy terbarukan. PT.Millennium masih menggunakan spreadsheet dalam pengolahan datanya. Kegiatan stock opname ini memakan waktu yang cukup lama karena dilakukan dua kali kerja, pencarian data barang atau tingkat kecepatan akses data menjadi sangat lambat karena harus cek data setiap ada transaksi penjualan maupun pembelian dan cara ini kurang efektif . Metode pengembangan system yang digunakan adalah System Development Life Cycle yang berdiri dari beberapa tahapan, yaitu tahap perencanaan, tahap analisis, tahap perancangan, tahap implementasi dan tahap pemeliharaan, tetapi tahap pemelihaaan tidak diikutsertakan pada pengembangan system ini. Perancangan ini menggunakan bahasa pemrograman yaitu php dalam pembuatannya dan mysql sebagai database nya. Hasil penelitian dari Sistem Informasi Penjualan, Pemelian dan Persediaan berbasis web ini yaitu yang dapt membantu proses pengolahan dataseperti data penjualan, pembelian dan persediaan serta menampilkan notifikasi bila persediaan mencapai batas stok minimal.
