Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya prestasi bulutangkis di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 32 Kota Padang yang disebabkan oleh rendahnya keterampilan bermain yang dimiliki oleh siswa, hal ini salah satunya dapat dipengaruhi oleh rendahnya kemampuan koordinasi mata-tangan yang dimiliki oleh siswa Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 32 Kota Padang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan koordinasi mata-tangan dengan keterampilan teknik bermain bulutangkis siswa Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 32 Kota Padang. Jenis penelitian tergolong ke dalam penelitian korelasi. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa yang aktif dalam kegiatan ekstrkurikuler bulutangkis yang berjumlah 24, seluruh populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel. Instrumen penelitian dengan menggunakan tes koordinasi mata-tangan dan tes teknik bermain bulutangkis. Teknik analisis data menggunakan rumus korelasi product moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa t hitung sebesar 0,37 < t tabel 1,73 dengan demikian maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara koordinasi mata-tangan dengan keterampilan bermain bulutangkis pada siswa Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 32 Kota Padang.
An issue of this research is the aerobic endurance of students categorized low during the formation of physical conditions so that many students consume energy drinks to improve the aerobic endurance capability. However, this is still an assumption needed to prove by giving another comparative drink (placebo). The purpose of this research is to compare the effect of placebo and energy drinks consumption to aerobic endurance capability. It was quasi-experiment research using two types of substances: placebo consumed by experimental group (X1) and energy drinks consumed by the control group (X2). The population of this study was a group of 40 students. Samples were 36 students chosen by purposive sampling technique. Division of the group in a random way, the instrument used was Cooper run test 2.4 km. Data were analyzed using the test of different independent samples. The results of this study obtained the mean of 1.03 for the placebo group and the mean of 1.10 for the energy drink group. The statistical testobtainedtobserved0.14 ttable1.69 so that it can be concluded that the effects given by the consumption of placebo and energy drinks are not significantly different.
The problems in this activity are many teachers who still use the methods of training in the learning process of physical education of sports and Health (PJOK) especially badminton so that students do not experience improvement in the game Badminton. The purpose of this activity is to improve the teacher's ability to study badminton through shuttle time. The objective of the event is PJOK teacher in Padang Utara Sub-district with 26 people. To measure the success of this activity was given a question as much as 50 rounds before and after activities. From the question obtained initial data access is 750 (57.69) and the final data 1061 (81.62%) An increase of 23.93%.
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the consumption of energy drinks on the ability of aerobic endurance. This type of research is quasiexperimental research design, one group pretest-posttest design. Samples numbered 24 people.
