Ibu-ibu rumah tangga istri karyawan UD. Arya Jaya terdiri dari 37% usia sangat produktif (25-40 tahun) yaitu masih mampu untuk melakukan banyak hal yang dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarga. Tetapi kebanyakan hanya mengandalkan penghasilan suami untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidup sehari-hari karena kurangnya ketrampilan dan informasi serta peluang usaha untuk meningkatkan pendapatan. Permasalahannya adalah usaha memproduksi minuman sari kedelai masih menggunakan peralatan dapur sederhana sehingga usaha rumah tangga tersebut sifatnya hanya bisnis sampingan dan tidak dikelola dengan cukup baik maka tidak dapat berkembang menjadi penghasilan utama untuk menopang perekonomian keluarga. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini untuk membantu mitra masyarakat pengrajin minuman sari kedelai agar dapat memperbaiki aspek produksi secara kuantitas maupun kualitas sehingga mitra akan mendapatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan baru mengenai pembuatan diversifikasi olahan minuman sari kedelai serta penghasilan lebih dari produk olahan minuman sari kedelai. Beberapa program untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, antara lain: (1) Pengenalan teknologi alat mesin produksi minuman sari kedelai sekaligus melatih mitra dalam mengoperasikan alat tersebut (2) Perancangan desain kemasan dan merk/label pada kemasan produk susu kedelai untuk memudahkan konsumen dalam mengenali produk yang akan dipilih (3) Melakukan analisis STP (Segmentation, Targeting and Product) untuk meningkatkan kualitas, nilai jual, dan strategi pemasaran minuman sari kedelai.
ABSTRAKUD. Farah merupakan usaha dagang yang bergerak dalam bidang pembuatan keripik ikan laut segar “Ikan Kunir” yang didirikan pada tahun 1999. Berdasarkan situasi diatas, dapat dirumuskan beberapa permasalahan yaitu sebagai berikut a) Pembuatan keripik ikan kunir masih menggunakan sistem penggorengan tradisional; b) Belum adanya diversifikasi produk olahan keripik ikan kunir; c) Kemasan yang digunakan mitra untuk membungkus produk kurang menarik; d) Penjualan keripik ikan kunir ini masih terbatas cara yang konvensional juga; e) Belum adanya sistem pembukuan sederhana terkait dengan sistem manajemen dan administrasi. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, diperlukan kegiatan pelatihan kewirausahaan dan pengembangan teknologi pengolahan keripik ikan kunir dengan tujuan memberikan ilmu pengetahuan kepada mitra. Kegiatan pengabdian ini menggunakan metode pelatihan dan pendampingan mengenai aspek produksi dan aspek manajemen. Aspek produksi yaitu pelatihan mengenai pengoperasian mesin vacuum frying. Sedangkan aspek manajemen yaitu pelatihan tentang sistem manajemen keuangan. Kegiatan Pengabdian yang dilakukan pada bulan Februari 2022 mendapatkan hasil yang sangat positif. Hal ini dikarenakan setelah diadakan pelatihan, mitra menerapkan proses penggorengan keripik ikan kunir menggunakan mesin vacuum frying dan tidak lagi menggunakan dapur “Tomang” tradisional. Kemudian mitra juga mengubah kemasan menjadi terlihat lebih menarik dan selain itu juga adanya sistem manajemen pembukuan keungan untuk memudahkan kegiatan administrasi. Based on the above situation, several problems can be formulated, namely as follows a) The manufacture of turmeric fish chips still uses the traditional frying system; b) There is no diversification of processed products of turmeric fish chips; c) The packaging used by partners to wrap the product is less attractive; d) The sale of turmeric fish chips is still limited by conventional methods; e) There is no simple bookkeeping system related to management and administration systems. Based on this, entrepreneurship training activities and development of turmeric fish chip processing technology are needed with the aim of providing knowledge to partners. This service activity uses training and mentoring methods regarding production and management aspects. The production aspect is training on the operation of the vacuum frying machine. While the management aspect is training on financial management systems. The Service Activities carried out in February 2022 got very positive results. This is because after the training, partners apply the process of frying turmeric fish chips using a vacuum frying machine and no longer use the traditional "Tomang" kitchen. Then partners also change the packaging to make it look more attractive and besides that there is also a financial accounting management system to facilitate administrative activities. This study aims to analyze the influence of Company Image and Service Quality on Intentions to Move Through Satisfaction to Rai Fitness Members in Samarinda City. This research uses quantitative by using path analysis obtained with SPSS statistical software version 22.0 and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) PLS (partial at least aquares). Samples taken in this study were 90 respondents distributed in Samarinda City, they are users Rai Fitness services in Samarinda city, the measurement uses a Likert scale with a score of 1-5. In this study also tested the validity and reliability test, then the estimation test and the model fit structural test were conducted. Based on the structural model we found, Company Image, Service Quality has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction and a significant negative effect on Intentions to Move.
The construction workforce is the spearhead of development in Indonesia, both for mega projects and routine projects. Because of its very vital existence, construction workers should be able to adapt their abilities to the demands of the job. In management, the ability of the construction workforce to adapt to the demands of the job is referred to as person job-fit. From the phenomenon, empirical study and discussion of these theories, there are still gaps. Because of this gap, there are still opportunities to get new opportunities. So further research on the effect of person job-fit, quality of work life, job satisfaction and performance should be done. The sample of this study was 150 people consisting of builders, supervisors, construction managers, operators and other parties related to construction work. The type of data in this study is quantitative data in the form of cross section data. Cross section data is data that comes from many research subjects, at the same time. Meanwhile, the data sources come from primary data and secondary data. The population is the construction workforce in Jember Regency. This research uses Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis tool. The test results prove that Person-job fit, has a positive and significant effect on Quality Of Work Life, Person-job fit has a negative and insignificant effect between Person-job fit on Job Satisfaction, Person-job fit, has a positive and insignificant effect on performance, Quality of Work Life, positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction
