Pengaruh Kualitas Produk Dan Harga Terhadap Minat Beli Konsumen Smartphone Bergaransi Distributor Pada PT. Tiga Agung Adrian Hidayat1) Gustin Hartanto2) Universitas Buddhi Dharma Abstrak Tujuan penulisan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh kualitas produk dan harga terhadap minat beli konsumen Smartphone bergaransi distributor pada PT. Tiga Agung ( Studi Kasus Konsumen Mahasiswa Universitas Buddhi Dharma ). Pada penelitian ini, penelitian dilakukan terhadap 60 mahasiswa Universitas Buddhi Dharma dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada mahasiswa. Untuk mengukur ada tidaknya pengaruh dari kualitas produk dan harga terhadap minat beli konsumen smartphone bergaransi distributor pada PT. Tiga Agung ( Studi Ksus Konsumen Mahasiswa Universitas Buddhi Dharma ), maka penulis mengadakan penelitian dengan menggunakan analisis linear berganda, analisis koefisien korelasi, menghitung koefisien determinasi serta melakukan uji hipotesis dengan mencari nilai F hitung kemudian membandingkan F hitung dengan F table. Hasil analisa regresi linear berganda di peroleh persamaan Y = 14.458 + 0.405 X1 + 0.258 X2 artinya setiap perubahan sebesar 1 point maka X1 (kualitas produk) mengalami peningkatan atau penurunan sebesar 0.405, setiap perubahan sebesar 1 point maka X2 (harga) mengalami peningkatan atau penurunan sebesar 0.258. Dari hasil analisa pengaruh kualitas produk dan harga terhadap minat beli konsumen, diketahui bahwa kualitas produk mempunyai korelasi yang positif dan kuat terhadap minat beli konsumen yaitu sebesar 0.694 , harga mempunyai korelasi yang positif dan kuat terhadap minat beli sebesar 0.629. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis di peroleh model 1 sebesar 53.780 , model 2 sebesar 31.828 , dimana nilai tersebut lebih besar dari sebesar 3,16 . Dengan demikian Ho di tolak dan Ha di terima. Artinya terdapat hubungan antara kualitas produk dan harga terhadap minat beli konsumen. Kata kunci : kualitas produk, harga dan minat beli
This research was conducted at companies engaged in the property, real estate & building construction sector which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.In this study using purposive sample method as a sampling method. The number of samples used was 6 companies with research data conducted from 2014 to 2018 so that 30 observational data were obtained. In testing the hypothesis in this study carried out in six ways, namely the regression model test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, partial test (t test), simultaneous test (f test), and test the coefficient of determination.From the results of this study it can be concluded that simultaneously all variables have a significant effect on firm value. The results of the regression analysis show an adjusted value of 0.486599, which means that the variation of Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Net Profit Margi, Return on Equity and Earning per Share can explain 48.66% of the variation in firm value. While the remaining 51.34% is explained by other variables not examined in this study.
The purpose of writing this thesis is to determine the effect of screen-printing paint quality and printing prices on consumer purchasing decisions by printing companies. The study was conducted on 60 respondents through the distribution of questionnaires. The method used in this research is descriptive method and qualitative method. Based on the answers to the questionnaire, raw data has been obtained which is then processed using SPSS version 23 so that it becomes useful data for this research. In addition to calculating the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable, this study also calculated the relationship between variables. The correlation of the effect of paint quality on purchasing decisions is 0.721 the correlation of the effect of price on purchasing decisions is 0.529 and so it can be said that the relationship between the three variables is quite strong, thus Ho is rejected, and Ha is accepted. In the t-test, the results of t-count paint quality are 7.143, t-count prices are 6.896 and t-count when compared with t-table of 2.001 then there is a significant relationship is significant between paint quality and price on purchasing decisions by Printing Companies.
In the year of 2021more and more challenging. The banking industry facing the urgency of the fundamental reinforecement. No one can predict that the affect of COVID-19 pandemic has already 1 year and the waves affected financial and economy in the country. The banking industry are suffering so much, and the intermediary system is quite slow, especially in the credit granting to banking-customer. The business is practically slowing down and even more, they are on the critical situations, therefore the credit-demand is also slowing down. At the same time, credit quality is becoming worse scenario, due to so many creditor facing bad business situation, and therefore they can not pay the credit installment. On this 2021 situation, the banking industry can not wait preparing the future financial-technology (Fintech), such as developing the infrastructure as well as the products to gain more customer and giving more benefits on digital payment system.
Di Tahun 2021 adalah tahun yang penuh tantangan. Industri perbankan menghadapi tantangan fundamental yang cukup berat untuk melalui era pandemi yang sangat hebat. Banyak perbankan, juga debitur kredit yang kesulitan. Dengan sangat berat hati, agar trust (kepercayaan dan win-win solution), maka perbankan harus melakukan restrukturisasi kredit pada saat itu. Tidak ada seorangpun yang dapat memprediksi, ataupun memberikan obat yang manjur untuk keluar dari lingkaran Covid-19 ini. Yang pasti dampak pandemic ini sudah hamper 3 tahun, dan belum berakhir, namun dampak finansial – ekonominya sudah sangat terasa di Indonesia dan di seluruh dunia. Seiring dengan perjalanan pandemi Covid-19 ini, dampak inflasi menjadi zona peperangan sendiri. Secara praktis, supply produk terganggu oleh karena beberapa pabrik benhenti produksi sampai ada yang tutup tidak bertahan. Hal ini ditambah dampak daripada perang Rusia – Ukraina yang belum juga usai. Hal ini sudah pasti akan membawa dampak perekonomian, yaitu inflasi dan terjadi dimana-mana di banyak negara dunia. Sehingga negara-negara di dunia juga sedang “berperang-memerang inflasi” di negaranya sendiri. Oleh karenanya, “Pengendalian Inflasi akan Sangat Membantu Selamatkan Daya Beli Masyarakat”. Lebih cepat pengendalian Inflasi, dan merata seluruh Indonesia, dampaknya akan positif terhadap perekonomian masyarakat.
