The aims of this research were to find the effect of Academic Supervision of School Principal and Work Motivation toward Teacher's Performance of Bussines and Management Group State's and Private's Vocational High School in Depok City directly or indirectly. The population of this research was Bussines and Management teachers in Depok City amounting to 384 people. The sample in this research amounted to 80 people. The sampling method was done by using proportionate random sampling. Data collection is done by filling questionaires. Analysis of the data used is path analysis. Data processing is performed with IBM SPSS version 23.0 for Windows. The results showed that there is significant influence between Academic Supervision of School Principal to Work Motivation (1), Academic Supervision of School Principal to Teacher's Performance (2), and Work Motivation to Teacher's Performance (3). Totally, the magnitude of the effect is known 68,39 % directly and indirectly, while the remaining 37,10% is influenced by other factors not examined in of this research.
<span lang="EN-US">The 2013 curriculum which has been implemented for more than six years in Indonesia has many problems in its application. Therefore, we need to conduct empirical research to determine the causes of the ineffective implementation of the 2013 curriculum in schools. This study involved 13 high schools and vocational high schools in the provinces of DKI Jakarta and West Java with a total of 420 students, 26 teachers, and principals as respondents. The research employed mixed parallel method and data analysis using combined analysis of qualitative and quantitative approaches. The research found that there are still schools that use two different curricula, 2013 curriculum and school-based curriculum. In implementing the 2013 curriculum, teachers are required to use various learning with a scientific approach that refers to student-centered concepts. There is a need for the training program to improve teachers’ professional competence, especially in the terms of various learning methods mastery.</span>
The decline in learning outcomes in Statistics is a problem that must be immediately solved. Many factors affect learning outcomes such as; intelligence, interest, talent, motivation, learning patterns, learning resources, and so on. The data used in this study are secondary data from TU-FIPPS and BAAK which consists of data on final grades of Statistics students of the Economic Education Study Program, Indraprasta PGRI University. In addition, researchers also use primary data collected through surveys. Data analysis using the Chi-squared Automatic Interaction Detection (CHAID) method. Based on the results of this study, explanatory variables that affect the decline in student learning outcomes Statistics are variables of motivation and group learning frequency. The explanatory variable which has the strongest influence with the decrease in student learning outcomes Statistics is motivation. The value of the accuracy of student classifications produced using CHAID analysis of eighty-five point one percent. The classification tree model of CHAID analysis in this study is better and more accurate for estimating the decline in learning outcomes Statistics in the downward category than in the non-down or very down categories.
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the compliance of enterprises taxpayers before and after the tax amnesty was applied in KPP Pratama South Jakarta. The research location was at KPP Pratama Jakarta Cilandak, KPP Pratama Jakarta Pancoran, KPP Pratama Jakarta Mampang, and KPP Pratama Jakarta Pasar Minggu. Data collection with documentation techniques, namely secondary data collection. Taxpayer’s compliance data for 2015, which is SPT as of March 2016, is assumed to be data before tax amnesty. While the 2016 taxpayer’s compliance data which is SPT as of March 2017 is assumed to be the data of the tax amnesty validity period. The data analysis technique in this study uses the SPT taxpayer compliance ratio 2016 - 2017. Statistical tests using Paried Sample t-Test. The results of the study showed that the amount of enterprises taxpayer compliance submitting timely Annual Tax Returns increased by 10.60% from 13.40% to 24.00%. Furthermore, the taxpayer’s compliance ratio that did not submit the Annual Tax Return decreased by 3.90%, namely in 2016 amounted to 76.92% to 73.02% in 2017. The Paired Sample t-Test has different Enterprises Taxpayer’s compliance before and after the enactment of tax amnesty.
Minimizing hoaxes that occur in students is closely related to learning outcomes in the affective domain. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to find out and analyze implementation of character-based economic learning and teacher’s reinforcement influence on student’s affective competence. Type of this research is descriptive and associative analysis. The populations of this research were class of senior high school student in East Jakarta amounting to 1793 students. The sample in this research amounted to 95 students. The sampling method was done by using proportionate random sampling. Data collection is done by filling questionnaires. Analysis of the data used is descriptive statistic and multiple regression. The results showed that there were simultaneously positive and significant effects between implementation of character-based economic learning and teacher’s reinforcement on students' affective competencies in minimizing hoax news on online social media. However, partially teacher’s reinforcement has a positive but not significant effect on students' affective competencies. Overall, the magnitude of the effect is known to be 43.50%. This gives a considerable meaning, because almost half of its contribution. Even though there are still many other factors that contribute to affective competence, namely the remaining 56.50% as other factors not examined in this study Key Words: affective competence, hoax information, implementation of character-based economic learning, reinforcement IMPLEMENTASI PEMBELAJARAN EKONOMI BERBASIS KARAKTER DAN REINFORCEMENT GURU PENGARUHNYA TERHADAP KOMPETENSI AFEKTIF SISWA DALAM MEMINIMALISIR HOAX Abstrak: Meminimalisir hoax yang terjadi pada siswa, erat kaitannya dengan hasil belajar pada ranah afektif. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh implementasi pembelajaran ekonomi berbasis karakter dan reinforcement guru terhadap kompetensi afektif siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan asosiatif. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa kelas X ilmu sosial di Jakarta Timur yang berjumlah 1.793 siswa dan sampel penelitian sebanyak 95 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan proporsional random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan implementasi pembelajaran ekonomi berbasis karakter dan reinforcement guru terhadap kompetensi afektif siswa dalam meminimalkan berita hoax di media sosial online. Namun, reinforcement guru memiliki pengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap kompetensi afektif siswa. Secara keseluruhan, besarnya pengaruh diketahui 43,50%. Hal ini memberi makna cukup besar, sebab mencakup hampir separuh kontribusinya. Padahal masih banyak faktor lain yang berkontribusi terhadap kompetensi afektif yaitu 56,50% sisanya sebagai faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.
