This paper is an attempt to understand a phrase in the book of Ecclesiastes which is often-misunderstood that "a lot of learning makes the body to be weary." Using the biblical approach, it argued that the tone of skepticism in the book needs to be re-understood. The phrase does not justify the lazy nature; Instead it becomes a rebuke and an invitation for believers not to rely on human reason and wisdom but to rely on God, the owner of life. Abstrak Tulisan ini merupakan usaha memahami sebuah ungkapan dalam kitab pengkhotbah yang seringkali disalahpahami yaitu-banyak belajar melelahkan badan.‖ Dengan memanfaatkan pendekatan biblika, saya berpendapat bahwa nada skeptis dalam kitab ini perlu dipahami ulang. Ungkapan tersebut tidak membenarkan sifat malas; justru ia menjadi teguran sekaligus ajakan bagi orang beriman agar tidak mengandalkan akal budi dan hikmat manusia melainkan tetap bersandar kepada Allah, sang pemilik kehidupan.
Community service activities is carried out by using pendekataan empowerment. The essence of this approach seeks to stimulate the independence process of the community (self sustaining process) of yourself. As a result of such devotion is the First; RA teachers achieved the standard HR professionals who are able to plan and carry out learning in accordance with Permindikbud clause of 146 and 137. Second; Participants devotion has two kinds of things, namely; 1) 80% of the training participants can understand the curriculum 13, to recognize the characteristics of learners, master models and learning strategies RA 2) 85% of participants proficient in motion and song, adept at making APE in learning and being able to make RPPH in RA. Third; Teachers increasingly skilled make APE and assign tasks meaningful to students, teachers are increasingly skilled in managing the class, and implement learning strategies.Abstrak: Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekataan pemberdayaan. Inti pendekatan ini berupaya merangsang proses pemandirian masyarakat (self sustaining process) dari diri sendiri. Adapun hasil dari pengabdian diantaranya adalah Pertama; Tercapainya standar SDM guru RA profesional yang mampu merencanakan dan melaksanakan pembelajaran sesuai dengan ketentuan permendikbud pasal 146 dan 137. Kedua; peserta pengabdian memiliki dua macam hal yaitu; 1) 80% Peserta pelatihan dapat memahami kurikulum 13, mengenali karakteristik peserta didik, menguasai model & strategi pembelajaran RA 2) 85% peserta pelatihan mahir dalam gerak dan lagu, mahir membuat APE dalam pembelajaran serta mampu membuat RPPH di RA. Ketiga; Guru semakin trampil membuat APE dan memberikan tugas yang bermakna pada siswa, Guru semakin trampil dalam mengelola kelas, & menerapkan strategi pembelajaran.
Religion in the post truth era is the aspect most often manipulated. Religious manipulation does not only occur in the community but also in schools, including in the form of religious symbolization, exploitation of religion and politicization of religion. The purpose of this research is to observe the problem of Islamic religious learning in the post truth era and find a solution. This research was conducted in public schools in the city of Semarang in 2018. This type of research is a qualitative research field with a phenomenological approach. While the method of data collection by direct observation, interviews and documentation. The object of research in schools with nationalist ideology, both government and private. The results of the study found that the main components of religious learning include; Psychological characteristics of students, materials, learning methods and the environment have the potential to develop misunderstandings about Islam. The solution is that learning Islamic religion requires a philosophical approach to foster critical, logical and systematic attitudes of students in understanding religion.
The leader is the person who is authorized to lead the activities in a group, the leadership role of the headmaster means a lot to the school, the success of the school is very closely related to the style and approach of the headmaster's leadership, how the headmaster manages his subordinates in order to produce the order as expected. This research is a field research with qualitative approach. The subjects of the study were the principal and administrative staff. Data obtained by interviews, observations and documentation.The results of this study concluded that there are implications of situational leadership of the principal on the effectiveness of administrative performance seen from the type of situational leadership, namely the first instruction process of the principal to the administrative admin coordinator, the second consultation process between the administration and the principal, resulting in a harmonious relationship and also intertwined two-way communication, the third process of participation when the principal is involved in the work that coincides with the administrative staff and the fourth process of delegation of the principal on administrative performance does not provide training directly to support the performance of the administration.
<p>Kompetisi dunia kerja di era global ini tidak hanya terjadi di level nasional melainkan internasional. Realitas ini menuntut lembaga-lembaga pendidikan memiliki kualitas lulusan berstandar internasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji implikasi penerapan Sistem Manajemen Mutu ISO 9001:2015 di Madrasah Aliyah NU Banat Kudus. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data melalui tiga tahap, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan dari teori Deming, hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pada tahap perencanaan <em>(plan)</em>;<em> </em>madrasah merumuskan sasaran mutu, isu-isu internal eksternal, resiko-peluang, serta kebutuhan dan harapan pihak berkepentingan. Tahap pelaksanaan <em>(do)</em>; madrasah melakukan komunikasi, sosialisasi dan menggalang dukungan untuk menjamin proses Sistem Manajemen Mutu ISO 9001:2015 di madrasah. Tahap pemeriksaan <em>(check)</em>; madrasah melakukan audit internal, audit eksternal dan menyebarkan angket layanan. Tahap peningkatan berkelanjutan <em>(act)</em>; madrasah menggunakan hasil angket layanan yang telah disebar dan juga meningkatkan <em>grade</em> dalam sasaran mutu. Implikasi penerapan sistem ini diantaranya terciptanya sinergitas kebutuhan akreditasi madrasah, peningkatan citra madrasah, peningkatan kualitas program, dan peningkatan kedisiplinan</p>
