<p>Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya kesulitan calon peserta didik baru untuk mendaftar sekolah di beberapa SMP Mlonggo Jepara. Salah satu sekolah yang sudah menerapkan PPDB online adalah SMP Negeri 1 Mlonggo Jepara. Keunggulan SMP Negeri 1 Mlonggo Jepara diantaranya adanya minat yang tinggi dari calon peserta didik, sarana dan prasarana lengkap dan memadai, tim IT yang proesional, letak sekolah strategis sehingga mudah dijangkau oleh transportasi umum. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan pengelolaan PPDB berdasarkan sistem zonasi yang meliputi: 1) perencanaan, 2) pengorganisasian, 3) pelaksanaan, 4) pengawasan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Informan terdiri dari kepala sekolah, ketua panitia PPDB, dan peserta didik baru. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah: 1) perencanaan kegiatan PPDB dilakukan sesuai juknis dari pemerintah, 2) pengorganisasian PPDB dilakukan pasca pembentukan panitia PPDB dan panitia PPDB dipilih berdasarkan pendidik dan tenaga pendidik yang mengusai ICT,<em> </em>3) pelaksanaan PPDB dilakukan secara online mandiri dan offline, 4) pengawasan PPDB dilakukan kepala sekolah dan panitia PPDB. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pengelolaan PPDB dilaksanakan sesuai dengan juknis dari pemerintah, pendaftaran dilakukan secara online dan offline serta memberikan pelayanan yang prima kepada masyarakat.</p>
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen waka kesiswaan dalam mengoptimalkan kegiatan pramuka di SMP N 1 Boja. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian lapangan kualitatif. Dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Kemudian untuk mengecek keabsahan data tersebut dilakukan melalui teknik triangulasi pengumpulan data. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini meliputi: (1) bagaimana perencanaan waka kesiswaan dalam mengoptimalkan kegiatan pramuka di SMP N 1 Boja. (2) bagaimana pelaksanaan waka kesiswaan dalam mengoptimalkan kegiatan pramuka di SMP N 1 Boja. (3) bagaimana evaluasi waka kesiswaan dalam mengoptimalkan kegiatan pramuka di SMP N 1 Boja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Perencanaan manajemen kesiswaan dalam mengoptimalkan kegiatan pramuka di SMP N 1 Boja adalah mengadakan rapat bersama untuk membahas hal-hal seperti: penyusunan kegiatan, penjadwalan serta pengalokasian waktu kegiatan, dan sistem evaluasi peserta didik. (2) Pelaksanaan manajemen kesiswaan dalam mengoptimalkan kegiatan pramuka di SMP N 1 Boja berjalan baik. Penyusunan kegiatan sudah berjalan sesuai panduan pengembangan diri dan ekstrakurikuler, penjadwalan dan alokasi waktu kegiatan juga sudah sesuai dengan program pramuka, dan sistem evaluasinya menggunakan 3 jenis tes. (3) Evaluasi manajemen kesiswaan dalam mengoptimalkan kegiatan pramuka di SMP N 1 Boja berjalan optimal. Kegiatan pramuka memberi dampak positif sehingga dapat menambah pengetahuan dan keterampilan bagi siswa.

This research is a field research with qualitative approach. The subjects of the study were the principal and administrative staff. Data obtained by interviews, observations and documentation.The results of this study concluded that there are implications of situational leadership of the principal on the effectiveness of administrative performance seen from the type of situational leadership, namely the first instruction process of the principal to the administrative admin coordinator, the second consultation process between the administration and the principal, resulting in a harmonious relationship and also intertwined two-way communication, the third process of participation when the principal is involved in the work that coincides with the administrative staff and the fourth process of delegation of the principal on administrative performance does not provide training directly to support the performance of the administration.
