Abstract. Capital markets can be an indicator of the development of a country's economy. The presence of capital markets also encourages investors to trade; therefore investors need information and knowledge of which shares are better. One way of making decisions for short-term investments is the need for modeling to forecast stock prices in the period to come. Issue of stock market-stock integration ASEAN is very important. The problem is that ASEAN does not have much time to implement one market in the economy, so it would be very interesting if there is evidence whether the capital market in the ASEAN region, especially the countries of Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore and Thailand deserve to be integrated or still segmented. Furthermore, it should also be known and proven What kind of integration is happening: what A capital market affects only the market Other capital, or a capital market only Influenced by other capital markets, or a Capital market as well as affecting as well Influenced by other capital markets in one ASEAN region. In this study, it will compare forecasting of Indonesian share price (IHSG) with neighboring countries (ASEAN) including developed and developing countries such as Malaysia (KLSE), Singapore (SGE), Thailand (SETI), Philippines (PSE) to find out which stock country the most superior and influential. These countries are the founders of ASEAN and share price index owners who have close relations with Indonesia in terms of trade, especially exports and imports. Stock price modeling in this research is using multivariate time series analysis that is VAR (Vector Autoregressive) and VECM (Vector Error Correction Modeling). VAR and VECM models not only predict more than one variable but also can see the interrelations between variables with each other. If the assumption of white noise is not met in the VAR modeling, then the cause can be assumed that there is an outlier. With this modeling will be able to know the pattern of relationship or linkage of share prices of each country in ASEAN. The best modeling comparison result of the ASEAN stock price index is VAR.

Digital transformation marked with internet and information technology use has entered into government apparatus learning, particularly the new employees constituting millennial generation inherent to gadget. Kahoot! and Quizizz are online quiz application that can be the choice to make the learning attractive and joyful. This research employed a quasi-experimental method only on the studied group, and the data was collected using questionnaire, observation, and documentation. Data was analyzed using logico-inductive method encompassing thee stages: coding, describing main characteristics and interpreting data. The result of research showed that Quizizz is more preferable to Kahoot! to the participants because in Quizizz question and answer appear on cell phone/laptop screen of individual participants so that they should not see the screen before the class just like that in Kahoot!; the answer in Kahoot! constitutes symbols while in Quizizz the real answer constitutes word, number, or figure; after the quiz has been completed, the questions answered can be checked in order to find out the ones answered incorrectly and mastered poorly by the participants.Corresponding author:AgusSuharsonoDOI: 10.24071/ijiet.2020.040215

Djarum merupakan perusahaan penghasil rokok yang sudah sangat terkenal di Indonesia. Perusahaan memiliki beberapa brak produksi rokok jenis Sigaret Kretek Tangan (SKT), salah satunya yaitu di Unit Karangbener yang berada di Desa Karangbenar, Kudus-Jawa Tengah. Perusahaan selalu mewujudkan suasana lingkungan kerja agar karyawan selalu merasa senang dan nyaman sehingga dapat optimal dalam bekerja dan dapat menghasilkan produk yang berkualitas baik. Namun dalam menilai kinerja karyawan, perusahaan belum mengetahui indikator-indikator yang dapat digunakan sebagai alat ukur. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan penelitian faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan dengan menggunakan pendekatan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dikarenakan variabel yang digunakan adalah variabel yang tidak terukur (laten). Beberapa faktor yang diduga mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan antara lain kemampuan diri, motivasi, dan dukungan yang diterima. Data yang digunakan merupakan data primer dengan melakukan survey secara langsung kepada karyawan giling dan karyawan batil. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan diri dan motivasi berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan, serta terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung dari dukungan sosial terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi.
