<p>Penelitian dilakukan untuk menemukan pola implementasi dari pelayanan bimbingan dan konseling di SD Xaverius 7, khususnya dalam mengembangkan kemandirian anak. Metode yang digunakan adalah <em>collaborative</em> <em>action research</em>, yaitu peneliti beserta guru berkolaborasi dalam pelaksanaan laynan bk yang terintegrasi dengan PBM. Penelitian dilakukan dalam tiga siklus kegiatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 1) layanan bimbingan dapat dilakukan dengan melakukan berbagai bentuk permainan yang dilakukan sebelum / sesudah pembelajaran, 2) Jurnal harian siswa (mencatat dan menilai kegiatan harian siswa) dilakukan sebagai strategi manajemen kelas dalam mengembangkan kemandirian, 3) Layanan Konseling tetap harus dilakukan oleh Konselor profesional. Setelah implementasi, taraf kemandirian berada pada kategori inisiatif. Kunci keberhasilan dari layanan bimbingan ialah kemampuan guru dalam membangun dialog interaktif selama permaianan maupun evaluasi jurnal harian (catatan kegiatan siswa). </p><p> </p><p> </p>
School counselor has a great opportunity to innovate, but they lack interest in reading. Digital literacy is the most important competence to make them able to innovate. This study aims to describe the profile of digital literacy and it's relations to develop innovative guidance programs. A survey was used to be a research method. The focus of the study is school counselor habits in using the internet related to digital literacy activities, as well as the habits in developing programs. The research was conducted for 45 millennial school counselor, with an age range of 22-35 years old, and a minimum working period of 1 year as a sample. Result found that the overall sample is digital user, and level of digital literacy for majority respondent is communication and collaboration, and several respondents are a content creator. If the school counselor is unusual to create content from various information on the internet, it is impossible to be able to create innovative guidance and counseling program, roven by almost all of the respondents downloading the program from the internet. This is a big challenge of the ease of technology nowadays.
Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) dilatar belakangi oleh pentingnya mencegah kekeliruan dalam merencanakan karir di era digital pada siswa SMAN 1 Rambutan, Kecamatan Rambutan, Kabupaten Banyuasin. Kegiatan ini diselenggarakan oleh Program Studi Bimbingan dan Konseling Universitas PGRI Palembang, dengan tjuan untuk membantu proses perencanaan karir siswa SMAN 1 Rambutan yang relevan dengan karakteristik dan tren pribadi di era digital. Bentuk kegiatan yang dilaksanakan adalah presentasi dan pelatihan. Kegiatan PKM menghasilkan profil tipologi kepribadian mereka di tempat kerja, pilihan jenis pekerjaan yang relevan dengan jenis kepribadian dan tren karier di era digital, serta pilihan kegiatan yang dapat mendukung pengembangan keterampilan dan karier yang dipilihKata kunci : perencanaan karir, era digital, tipologi kepribadian
The research base on the need of millennials' performance in guidance and counseling services in Palembang. Millenial was dynamic generation and skillfully in technology, but also feared loyalty and commitment. Therefore, it will be interesting for analyzing the opportunities and challenges faced by the millennials school counselor in Palembang. Research use survey method. Surveys are used to obtain an accurate and clear picture of the strength and weakness shown by millennials, as basic data to mapping challenges and opportunities. Results found that millennials school counselors challenge is in the use of technology, and they have an opportunity to develop professionalism consistently. Study recommendation to optimizing Millenial school counselor strength are 1) maximizing digital literacy, 2) use design thinking in innovation, 3) The habit as a consumer should be revamped with more critical and creative process technology applications.
Previous research has found the low ability of millennial school counselors in Palembang to innovate. They only carry out activities that have become a tradition and habit (follower), rarely do program development, even they are used to uploading programs that are shared in group chat. That situation was contradicting with the concept of millennial as innovative generation and the opportunities for self-development provided by technological advances. Design thinking can be referred to as a way of expressing creativity to generate innovative ideas. The research aims to conceptualize the design thinking development of an innovative culture of school counselors. The research was conducted on 30 purposive samples, using descriptive methods which are then combined with the design thinking work step. The research resulted in 1) the main need for the development of an innovative culture through design thinking, 2) a prototype for an innovative culture development activity called "Monday briefing".
