This article is the result of observations in Darussalam Danu roasted that there are special security studies carried out specifically for adolescents. This study was carried out in an effort to provide spiritual oases for young people in the midst of global challenges. This study was aimed at 1) grabbing the internalization process of adultery education of adolescent education through the Ta'lim Assembly and 2) displacing supporting factors and the inhibition of internalization of the values of the United Darussalam adolescent religion. The research uses the descriptive analysis method, development technique of collecting in the form of interviews, observation, and documentation. The subject in this study was an ustadz who taught at the Ta'lim Assembly, while informants were teenagers, adolescents who attended Majlis Ta'lim, community leaders, and peers. Informant complaints using purposive sampling. Data application techniques use triangulation of sources and techniques. The reason for data analysis includes reduction, displaying, and verification. The results of the study represented that 1) internalization of adultery education of adolescent education to instill the tilapia of religious values to adolescents, the method was used cheap modeling model and demonstration, data on the values of religion, worship, and morality. 2) Popular factors include the capacity of qualified teachers and communities. Meanwhile, inhibitory factors include the influence of negative association of adolescent associations and limited facilities of Majlis Ta'lim.
This study shows that the implementation of marriage stipulation in the Religious Pandeglang is similar to other religious courts, in accordance with the procedure of the legislation. Based on the data, isbat nikah in the Religious Court of Pandeglang has increased annually. In 2012, the number of isbat nikah amounted to 41 cases and in 2013 increased to 68 cases, then in 2014 became 135 cases. Isbat nikah established by the Religious Courts Pandeglang is a marriage that has already met the requirements of marriage but has not recorded yet because of poverty. The Contributions of Nawawi al-Bantani In the Development of National Law of Indonesia. This study examines the thoughts of Sheikh Nawawi al-Bantani, a great Banten scholar who lived in 1813-1897 AD. The aim is to find out about his thoughts on several legal issues, especially those related to family law. This study is fully literary using the content analysis method as an analytical tool. This study concluded that Sheikh Nawawi al-Bantani tended to follow the Shafi'i school. This can be seen from his thoughts when discussing family law issues, ranging from marriage contracts, marriage conditions, guardians and witnesses, to divorce problems and its legal consequences. When discussing the position and role of a husband in a household, al-Bantani stressed that a husband is a leader in his household. He is obliged to fulfill all the needs of his wife and children, especially those related to food, clothing, residence, education and other needs. Al-Bantani's thoughts were subsequently adopted into positive law in Indonesia, especially in Law No. 1/1974 concerning marriage and Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI), which become his biggest contribution in the development of National Law.
Setelah mewabahnya corona atau covid 19 di seluruh dunia termasuk Indonesia mau tidak mau dalam rangka memutus rantai penyebaran itu para ulama membuata fatwa terkait ibadah di dalam wabah corona, fatwa itu tentu berdarkan masukan-masukan dan ajuran-anjuran dari ahli Kesehatan dan organisasi Kesehatan dunia (WHO)yang mana dalam anjurannya di antaranya adalah hindari kontak fisik di antaranya bersalaman, dan hindari kerumunan. Dalam hal bagaimana beribadah di tengah pandemic virus corona atau covid 19 para ulama dunia sudah mengeluarkan fatwanya terkait hal itu, seperti ulama Saudi arabia, ulama al azhar, Mesir, Lembaga Fatwa Kerajaan Jordania, dan juga Majelis Ulama Indonesia (MUI), mereka sepakat untuk kebolehan meninggalkan shalat jumat dan diganti shalat dhuhur, menganjurkan shalat di rumah, mengajurkan tidak bersalaman, mengajurkan shalat tarawih di rumah, semua hal itu berdasarkan pendekatan masalahta dan maqoshid Syariah. Setelah dikaji penulis menyimpulkan dalam makalah ini adalah; pertaman: Tujuan Allah Swt. Menciptakan hukum, atauran dalam syariat Islam adalah untuk kemasalahatan manusia dan mencegah kemudharatan, maka wajar produk ulama dalam fiqh selalu berubah sesuai dengan zaman waktu dan keadaan di mana manusia itu hidup.Kedua: Penggunaan teori maqoshid Syariah dalam masalah hukum fiqih terkait dengan wabah corona atau covid 19 adalah sudah sesuai dengan dhawabit dan kaedah-kaedah umum dalam berijtihad, sehingga menurut penulis hal itu sudah tepat penerpanya.
The purpose of this article is to determine the management of an Islamic education-based emergency curriculum at RA Masyithoh to make effectively and efficiently for Islamic education during pandemic-19. The research method used qualitative methods with investigations and interviews. The results of the study indicate that there is an implementation of an Islamic education-based emergency curriculum management which includes planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating in order to create an Islamic education with character in accordance with the guidance of the Al-Qur'an and the Prophet's Hadith. The institution makes SOP related to additional work programs in the form of study guidance, parenting, media collection and screening of children's learning outcomes which is carried out once a week. There is an increase in teacher performance and an increase in independence and discipline in children character when implementing Islamic education-based emergency curriculum at RA Masyithoh Rembang.
