To see if HHV-6 may be a cause of infertility, researchers looked at 18 men and 10 women who had unexplained critical fertility and had at least one prior pregnancy. HHV-6 DNA was discovered in both infertile and fertile peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) (12 and 14%, respectively); endometrial epithelial cells from 4/10 (40%) infertile women were positive for HHV-6 DNA; this viral DNA was not found in the endometrium of fertile women. When endometrial epithelial cells were cultivated, they produced viral early and late proteins, suggesting the existence of an infectious virus. Endometrial HHV-6 infection creates an aberrant NK cell and cytokine profile, resulting in a uterine domain that is not favorable to conception, according to the findings. To corroborate the findings, studies of extra fertile and barren women should be done. Semen samples were taken from 18 guys who visited the Government General Hospital Guntur’s infertility department because they were having reproductive issues with their partners. Herpes virus DNA has been discovered in the sperm of symptomatic fertile and infertile male patients on rare instances. Furthermore, researchers must investigate the role of viral diseases in male infertility.
In gynecological care, mHealth (mobile health) technology may play an important role. Medical professionals’ willingness to use this technology is the key to its acceptance. Most doctors utilize mobile health technology; however, there is still room for improvement in the use of mHealth. Gynecologists were asked to participate in this research to see how open they were to use mobile health technologies. In this descriptive-analytical investigation, the researchers determined the average scores for each variable. The overall mean for preparedness to embrace mobile medical technology is 1.8 out of 2, as shown in Table 1. When it came to their desire to embrace mobile health technology, doctors’ years of experience correlated negatively with their age. According to our findings, the amount of interest in mobile health technology is high. Patients’ private information must be protected throughout the usage of this technology though. Mobile health technology may effectively reach patients in remote areas, but it is not a substitute for face-to-face encounters with medical professionals.
The study aimed to examine the brand which is among the main dimensions for making the final purchasing decision among Jordanian consumers when selecting a cellular device which is an index for them and when purchasing in particular. Within this frame, the study aimed to investigate the factors influencing purchasing decision of Jordanian consumers when selecting the brand of cellular devices. The study followed the analytic descriptive approach in data collection where a questionnaire was distributed on a random sample of 240 participants from the study population. The study concluded that there was a positive relationship between the quality of cellular devices and the selection of brand and this relationship was attributed to the variables of gender, age, and educational culture. In light of the results revealed, the study recommended the producers of cellular devices of the various brands to offer high quality products with appropriate prices that take into accounts the purchasing power for consumers based on the targeted markets.
CRM fog computing and entrepreneurial, innovation, and service quality have been identified as an important driving force for job growth. The study aimed to identify the involvement of CRM fog computing on entrepreneurial, innovation, and service quality in the Jordanian telecom company. The authors employed a quantitative approach to identify the level of the Appling of CRM fog computing in the company. The study contained the findings of a questionnaire of 325 respondents (male and female employees). Multiple linear regression and One-Way ANOVA analyses were used to examine the data. The predictive model of CRM fog computing and entrepreneurial, innovation, and service quality was a significant impact. Implications for CRM fog computing and practice are entrepreneurial, innovation, and service quality are discussed. The researchers recommend building enthusiasm for creating fog CRM mist processing as a result of its job in client administrations improvement: to increase using the information provided by CRM system in decision making; to consider services quality more as it affects sales volume positively; to consider customer’s feedback, listen to their opinions about the services provided to enhance performance. Entrepreneurship and innovation are increasingly an indispensable portion of organizations nationally, regionally and globally, and considered as a powerful tool for revenue streams. The authors state that entrepreneurship uses innovation to expand the business scope and boost growth. Therefore, entrepreneurship and innovation are dynamic and holistic processes that are not confined to the initial stage of a new venture. The implementation of CRM Fog computing and entrepreneurial aids the organization's productivity because it enhances the product and services offered by several organizations that adopt its concept. It enhances services to customers due to its easy to access nature and as well. The authors conclude that CRM Fog computing improves the e-commerce of any organization or community that adopts its concept and applies it in all areas.
