Islamic Law is a set of promoted regulations adjusting human relationship to the Creator, human being and the environment based on Islamic doctrines. The Islamic Law has been established in Indonesia and effectively implemented in Indonesian Religious Court based on Law Number 7 of 1989. The law covers the areas of marriage, inheritance, will, bequest, benefaction and alms. In addition, especially in Aceh, with its peculiar feature, Islamic Law has been applied normatively, and in several areas it has been applied based on Local Regulations. However to perform the Islamic Law, it depends on faith and piety of the members of Islam. Thereby, although the formal law in juridical manner of Islamic Law in Indonesia was justly applied in limited civil law, however the Muslim society have stepped forward in applying Islamic Law in various Islamic social institutions.
The number of students who experience moral decline is influenced by the current of modernization, so that professional Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers are needed in providing learning so that they are able to suppress the level of decline in student character. The focus of this research is the efforts of PAI teachers in the formation of student character and the impact of teacher professionalism on efforts to build student character. This study aims to describe the efforts of PAI teacher professionalism in shaping students' morals and to describe the significance of PAI teacher professionalism in an effort to build student character in the two schools. The research method used is qualitative research with a phenomenological approach, includes observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study are: 1) Professionalism efforts carried out by Islamic Religious Education teachers in shaping the character of students, including: a) Exemplary (qudwah), b) Giving Advice and Motivation, c) Habituation Activities, d) Giving Sanctions and Rewards, e) Building Cooperation between Parents, Schools and the Community, , f) Students' Personal Approach, g) Getting used to applying noble characters, h) Implanting IMTAQ Values and 2) The Impact of Professionalism of Islamic Religious Education Teachers has a significant influence on the formation of students' character, namely by mastering multi competencies that must be possessed, namely Competence Pedagogics, Social Competencies, Personal Competencies and Professional Competencies.
The purpose of this study was (1) to know a difference between student learning outcomes of low and high sub groups with learning to use the media worksheets in the subjects of Islamic Religious Education (Pendidikan Agama Islam); and (2) to know the obstacles in the implementation of learning by using the worksheets on the subject. The subjects study were three Open Junior High Schools, Bandung, namely Open Junior High School 8 Bandung, Open Junior High School 27 Bandung, and Open Junior High School 36 Bandung. The hypothesis tested the increase in student achievement in the subjects of Islamic Religious Education after a learning process using worksheets. This study was a quasi-experimental study. The design used in this study is a pre-test post-test one group design. The results show that learning outcomes after the use of worksheets has no significant difference. Then the t-test Test Final Problem Description pretest and posttest seen that the value of significance (sig.2-tailed) with the t-test is 0.007. Since the significance value less than 0.05 then the decision-making criteria, H0 rejected. This shows that learning outcomes after the use of worksheets has significant difference. Using the analysis, the results showed that the use of worksheets in the learning process could improve the learning outcomes of students in the subjects of Islamic Religious Education in junior high school in Bandung.Keywords: Islamic Religious Education, Worksheet, Achievement. This document examines how spiritual education affects a child's communication skills through presenting an Islamic model based on Quran and prophetic tradition. First, this paper discusses spirituality from a theoretical perspective. Then, it provides a brief history of how children worldwide have been taught spirituality. Next, this presentation presents the Islamic model of spirituality that includes its moral foundations and aspects. Finally, this paper provides a conceptual analysis of spiritual education with a short history of its focus. The current paper discusses the key aspects of Islamic Model for Children’s Spiritual Education that help the children practice their communication skills with people from different religions. These findings were gathered through a descriptive-analytic process.
