Abstract. The number of patients in Hospital during pandemic covid-19 has increasing significantly which cause do not get the optimal service because limitation of human resource. Furthermore, they need tools to detect human in patient’s room and monitor the movement of people. IoT capable to control the room properly. Regarding to these problems, the aim of this research is to develop SPAM (Smart Patient Monitoring System) which implement Internet of Thing (IoT) to control the patient in hospital using Rasberry Pi. Those data are real-time and completed by notification via telegram. Consequently, if there are emergency they can observe easily. We use Scructural Similarity Index Measurement (SSIM) technique by comparing different images on several consecutive frames of video by Rasberry Pi. The research methodology is instrument preparation, design system, data processing, testing and evaluation. The experiment prove that the system has effectively spotted human things accurately captured on camera more than 15 trials. Although there is a delay of between 5 and 40 seconds, notifications are also correctly transmitted. The system correctly recognizes when the light is bright with lux > 100 when evaluating the level of light intensity at a distance of 50 cm to 300 cm. Keywords: Security, Internet of Thing, Hospital, SSIM, Rasberry Pi
Smart meters are an integration of ICT in energy meters. The smart meter has a two-way communication feature that allows the operator to read energy data remotely and in real-time. Carrying out remote and real-time monitoring raises several problems including connection costs, coverage area, and the quality of the connection. Based on this background, the formulation of the problem in this study is how to choose effective and efficient smart meter connectivity for customers and how the performance of IndiHome services in the implementation of PLN's smart meters. The purpose of this study is to provide a recommendation system for the selection of an effective connection and propose a new architecture for PLN smart meter customers. This is one of the Internet of things (IoT) implementations to save cost in the use of smart meters. The method used is a literature review, survey, data collection, develop a new architecture, as well as analysis and evaluation of the results. The results of this study indicate that the proposed new IndiHome architecture can send monitoring data from the PLN smart meter device remotely and in real-time and does not incur costs that burden customers.
(PANDEMIC Covid-19) is an educational shooter game inspired by the Covid-19 pandemic which occurred from the end of 2019 until early 2022. There are 2 game modes, namely Third-Person Shooter, or TPS, and First-Person Shooter, or FPS. This study was carried out to highlight the absence of a shooter genre game used in the student learning process. The research methodology in the development of this game applied the pressman method, and the stages include planning, analysis, game development and artificial intelligence, implementation, as well as evaluation. Furthermore, the testing phase used software testing techniques based on the ISO 9126 standard and involved a total of 100 participants. The age range was between 17 and 20 years, while the participants' gender percentages were 55% male and 45% female. Some of the factors tested include functionality, reliability, portability, usability, efficiency, and maintainability. There were 2 choices only in this test, i.e. agree and disagree. The functionality factor had an agreed rate of 85%; reliability 79%, portability 86%, usability 83%, efficiency 79%, and maintainability 87%. Therefore, it was concluded that this game is suitable for use in student learning in the shooter genre. Furthermore, this research was inspired because shooter games have not been developed for the student learning process. This game genre is currently used for hobbies and for profit by developers and professional players. Further research should develop game levels, enable features to play online together with other users, and should be extended to Android and IOS.
