Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh modal psikologis, komitmen organisasi, dan iklim psikologis terhadap kesiapan dalam menghadapi perubahan. Sampel berjumlah 162 orang yang diambil dengan teknik accidental sampling. Penulis memodifikasi Measuring Readiness for Change yang dibuat oleh Holt, Armenakis, Field, dan Haris (2007), modal psikologis questionare (PCQ) yang dibuat oleh Luthans, Youssef, dan Avolio (2007), measuring komitmen organisasi yang dibuat oleh Allen dan Mayer (1990), dan iklim psikologis scale yang dibuat oleh Brown dan Leigh (1996). Uji validitas alat ukur menggunakan teknik confirmatory factor analysis (CFA). Uji hipotesis penelitian menggunakan teknik analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan modal psikologis, komitmen organisasi, dan iklim psikologis terhadap kesiapan dalam menghadapi perubahan. Penulis berharap implikasi dari penelitian ini dapat dikaji kembali dan dikembangkan pada penelitian selanjutnya.
This research aims to measure the construct validity of resilience scale scale developed by Connor dan Davidson (2003). The scale consists of 48 items with five aspects, that is personal competence; trust in one's instincts; positive acceptance of change and secure relationships; control and factor, spiritual influences. The sample this research is 200 male firefighters in DKI Jakarta and taken using non probability sampling technique.The research data is analyzed using Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) technique with Llisrel 16.0 program.
The aim of the study was to examine psychological factors that predict intention to buy imitation fashoin product. This study used quantitative apporoach by multiple regression with significance level at 0.05. Data were collected from 150 visitors of Tanah Abang shopping center, Central Jakarta, using non-probability sampling. The result showed that there is significance effect of independent variable towards intention to buy imitation fashion product with R 2 is 0.334. The test of minor hypotheses showed that motivation to comply has significant effect towards intention to buy imitation fashion product while behavioral beliefs, outcome evaluation, normative beliefs, control beliefs, power of factor and sex have no sginificant effect. Based on the result, consumers are suggested to explore fashion product they want to purchase so they will not get any loss while willing to purchase imitation fashion product. They are also expected to not easily following trends.
This study aims to examine the effect of work family conflict, psychological capital and demographic variables on the performance of 200 teachers. Sampling conducted using non probability sampling technique. Measurers used in this study consist of Individual Work Performance (IWP) to measure performance, then the authors make their own items to measure work family conflict and use Psychological Capital Questionnaire (PCQ-24) to measure psychological capital. Test the validity of measuring instruments using Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) techniques and data analysis techniques using multiple regression analysis techniques. The results showed that there is a significant influence work family conflict, psychological capital and demographic variables on teacher performance of 26.6%. That is, the proportion of variance of performance explained jointly by work family conflict, psychological capital and demographic variable is 26.6% while the other 73.4% is influenced by other variables beyond this study.
AbstrakThis study aims to prove the influence of the quality of friendship (stimulating friendship, help, intimacy, reliable alliances, self-validation, and emotional security) and subjective well-being (cognitive and affective aspects) on the characteristics of santri in the Islamic Boarding School of Al Amanah Al Gontory Pesantren. This research uses quantitative with multiple regression analysis method. The winning sample is 240 santri. The instrument collects data using a scale compiled by the author based on hardiness theory by Kobasa (1982), friendship quality theory by Mendelson and Aboud (2012), and subjective wellness theory by Diener, Lucas, and Oishi (2002). The results showed that there were significant differences in the quality of friendship and subjective well-being of santri of the Islamic Boarding School of Al Amanah Al Gontory Pesantren.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan pengaruh quality of friendship (stimulating companionship, help, intimacy, reliable alliance, self validation, dan emotional security) dan subjective well being (aspek kognitif dan aspek afektif) terhadap hardiness santri Pondok Pesantren Al Amanah Al Gontory. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan skala yang disusun sendiri oleh penulis berdasarkan teori hardiness oleh Kobasa (1982), teori quality of friendship oleh Mendelson dan Aboud (2012), dan teori subjective well being oleh Diener, Lucas dan Oishi (2002). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan quality of friendship dan subjective well being terhadap hardiness santri Pondok Pesantren Al Amanah Al Gontory.
