ABSTRAKPemasaran kopi pada era ketiga ditandai dengan gejala-gejala yang mengarah pada sinergitas subsistem-subsistem dalam agribisnis kopi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan indikator-indikator pemasaran kopi pada era ketiga di Kabupaten Kuningan. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif. Populasi terdiri atas empat unsur, yaitu: petani kopi, pengolah kopi, penyaji kopi dan konsumen kopi. Besar sampel ditentukan secara sengaja, yaitu: petani kopi sebanyak 60 orang, pengolah kopi 30 orang, penyaji kopi 15 orang, dan konsumen kopi 50 orang. Waktu penelitian selama bulan Agustus-November 2020. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa pemasaran kopi pada era ke tiga di Kabupaten Kuningan belum tersinergi diantara subsistem sehingga indikator-indikatornya belum terpenuhi secara optimal, yang mengakibatkan kemanfaatan/peluang laba yang ada dalam agribisnis kopi ini belum diperoleh secara proporsional. Untuk itu diperlukan sinergitas yang lebih kuat diantara subsistem agribisnis yang diprakarsai oleh Dinas Perkebunan setempat. Kata kunci: agribisnis, indikator, kopi, pemasaran era ketiga, sinergitas ABSTRACT Coffee marketing in the third era was marked by symptoms that led to the synergy of the subsystems in the coffee agribusiness. This study aims to describe the indicators of coffee marketing in the third era in Kuningan Regency. This research uses descriptive method. The population consists of four elements, namely: coffee farmers, coffee processors, coffee presenters and coffee consumers. The sample size was determined intentionally, namely: 60 coffee farmers, 30 coffee processors, 15 coffee presenters and 50 coffee consumers. Research time during August-November 2020. The results of the study conclude that the marketing of coffee in the third era in Kuningan Regency has not been synergized among the subsystems so that the indicators have not been fulfilled optimally, which results in the benefits/profit opportunities that exist in coffee agribusiness that have not been obtained proportionally. For this reason, a stronger synergy is needed between the agribusiness subsystems initiated by the local Plantation Service.
<span style="vertical-align: inherit;"><span style="vertical-align: inherit;">Tujuan utama penelitian adalah; </span><span style="vertical-align: inherit;">(1) Menganalisis efisiensi ekonomi produksi usahatani bawang merah lahan pesisir Pantai Utara Kabupaten Indramayu. </span><span style="vertical-align: inherit;">(2)</span></span><em> </em><span style="vertical-align: inherit;"><span style="vertical-align: inherit;">Mendeskripsikan skema rantai pasok bawang merah yang ada di Kabupaten Indramayu. </span><span style="vertical-align: inherit;">Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian survei dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. </span><span style="vertical-align: inherit;">Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui Focus Group Discussion (FGD) menggunakan alat kuisioner dan wawancara mendalam dengan responden. </span><span style="vertical-align: inherit;">Responden pada penelitian ini adalah pelaku usaha bawang merah, baik sebagai petani produsen, lembaga lain, atau lembaga yang bersangkutan. </span><span style="vertical-align: inherit;">Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis efisiensi ekonomi yaitu, analisis teknis untuk mengukur penggunaan faktor produksi dan efisiensi alokatif. </span><span style="vertical-align: inherit;">Efisiensi alokatif digunakan untuk mengukur tingkat efisiensi harga produksi yang berlaku di pasar. </span><span style="vertical-align: inherit;">Kedua, analisis manajemen rantai pasok (</span></span><em><span style="vertical-align: inherit;"><span style="vertical-align: inherit;">Supply Chain Management</span></span></em><span style="vertical-align: inherit;"><span style="vertical-align: inherit;"> ) untuk mendeskripsikan skema rantai pasok komoditas bawang merah di lokasi penelitian. </span><span style="vertical-align: inherit;">Berdasarkan data penelitian dapat didijelaskan usahatani bawang merah di lahan pesisir Kabupaten Indramayu sudah mencapai efisiensi ekonomi, baik pada aspek produksi maupun pemasaran. </span><span style="vertical-align: inherit;">Pada aspek produksi, usahatani bawang merah yang menguntungkan dengan tingkat kelayakan sebesar (R / C) Ratio 2,65. </span><span style="vertical-align: inherit;">Pada aspek pemasaran keenam skema rantai pasokan berada pada nilai di bawah 50%, artinya pemasaran bawang merah di Kabupaten Indramayu sudah efisien. </span><span style="vertical-align: inherit;">Skema pemasaran yang paling efisien adalah skema kelima yaitu 6,7%, sedangkan nilai efisiensi pemasaran paling besar yaitu skema pertama yaitu 13,2%.</span></span>
AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi anomali pasar cabai rawit di Kota Cirebon. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik pendekatan survei. Lokasi penelitian ditentukan secara sengaja yaitu di Pasar Rakyat Jagasatru, Pasar Kalitanjung dan Pasar Kanoman Kota Cirebon. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Januari sampai dengan Agustus 2019. Adapun populasinya yaitu pedagang cabai rawit, tomat, terasi, garam dan bawang merah, serta petani cabai rawit di sentra produksi. Penentuan besar sampel dilakukan secara sengaja sehingga penarikan sampel berdasarkan quota sampling, yaitu masing-masing sebesar 30 orang. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan instrumen analisis regresi linier berganda dan pengujian hipotesisnya menggunaan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan faktor jumlah produk, harga bawang merah, harga tomat, harga terasi, harga garam, musim dan harga input berpengaruh terhadap anomali pasar cabai rawit di pasar kota Cirebon, sedangkan secara parsial faktor jumlah produk dan harga input yang berpengaruh. Untuk itu disarankan adanya kebijakan percabaian yang dirumuskan oleh pemerintah Kota Cirebon berdasarkan faktor yang berpengaruh secara parsial tersebut. The research method used is quantitative using survey approach techniques. The research location was determined intentionally, namely the Jagasatru People's Market, Kalitanjung Market and Kanoman Market. The study was conducted in January to August 2019. The population was traders of chili, tomatoes, shrimp paste, salt and shallots, as well as farmers of chili in the production center. Determination of the size of the sample is done deliberately so that the withdrawal of the sample is based on a quota sampling, which is 30 people each. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression analysis instruments, data processing using the SPSS program application and hypothesis testing using the F test and T test. The results showed that the simultaneous factor of the number of products, the price of shallot, the price of tomatoes, the price of shrimp paste, the price of salt, season and input prices affect the anomaly of the chili market in the Cirebon City market, while partially the number of products and input price factors influence. For this reason, it is suggested that a policy of divorce be formulated by the Cirebon city government based on the factors that partially influence it.Keywords: anomaly, chili, policy, price
The existence of the Taman Nasional Gunung Ciremai (TNGC) has the goals to give the benefits for surrounding society both directly and indirectly. There are two benefits provided by TNGC, both ecological and social benefits. Ecologically, the existence of TNGC gives the benefits to contribute ecosystem balances for the sustainability of organism and human beings so that the benefits can be enjoyed by the society around TNGC. Socially, TNGC gives the benefits for the sustainability of society in the area of Mount Ciremai. To create the symbiosis mutualism between the community and TNGC, the activity which aims to improve the ecosystem for the area of Mount Ciremai and the life of society should be conducted. The purpose of this research is to describe society participation in implementing eco farming in the supporting area of the Mount Ciremai National Park that can gives the benefits economically and ecologically. The method of this research is Participatory Action Research (PAR). It is participatory research encouraging the participation of society in implementing eco farming with demplot (demonstration plot) and the practice of the implementation of eco farming. This research was conducted in six months since the planning the activity until making the report of the activity. The findings of this research show that the level of society participation in implementing eco farming is good because the society has adequate information on eco farming and the awareness to implement it.
