A manufacturing company engaged in the manufacturing of diesel engines in Indonesia has a problem with high downtime. The most frequent replacement frequency is in the cylinder liner line which in April - June 2018 has 1254 units of replacements, besides that the cylinder liner line also has the highest downtime of 7243.94 minutes. To overcome this problem, it is necessary to schedule tool replacement using the Age Replacement method, where this method is to determine the tool replacement schedule with the least downtime. After that the calculation is done using the Availability method, where the higher the Availability value of a tool, the better the condition of the tool to operate according to its function. And finally the calculation is done using the Reliability method, where the higher the value of the reliability of a tool, the less likely the damage will occur to the tool.
There are many of food processing of raw materials are still using a separate tools of coconut grater and squeezer, which causes a long production process. Basically the grater machines on the market only can be used to scrape away the coconut meat. While the tool for extracting the coconut milk is still using coconut sieve and squeezed by hand. The Research initiated with a survey into traditional markets and entrepreneurs of coconut grater services around Semarang. The survey aimed to identify the tools used in the market and the needs of potential users. The survey obtained data of customer’s need that will be used as a reference for developing the concept of making tools. Anthropometric data needed to design the dimensions of the tool, with the purpose of the tool made will be ergonomics and comfortable to be used by the operator. Grater and Squeezer of Coconut Milk Tool which designed has dimensions of 105 cm height and 74 cm width. It has parts: the framework, grater, bleeder screw, motor, gear box, water container, and a pulley / wheel.

Analisis data yang dilakukan secara univariat menggunakan metode rappid upper limb assessment. Pengambilan data dilakukan oleh peneliti. Dari hasil penelitian identifikasi nordic body map sebanyak 16.7% dengan tingkat resiko sangat tinggi, 77,8% dengan tingat resiko tinggi dan 5,6% dengan tingkat resiko sedang. Dengan hasil mengunakan metode rappid upper limb body assessment menggunakan tiga postur kerja dengan 3 orang dalam satu pekerjaan membatik. postur pengambilan lilin dari ke 3 sampel mendapatkan score rula action sebesar 7 dengan kategori tinggi maka diperlukanya perbaikan metode kerja,postur peniupan dari 3 orang sampel dari pekerja pertama mendapatkan score rula action sebesar 6, pekerja kedua dan ketiga mendapatkan score rula action sebesar 5, denga tindakan waktu dekat. Postur pembatikan dari ke 3 sampel mendapatkan score rula action 6 dengan diperlukan tindakan dalam waktu dekat. Usulan perbaikan yang berikan dengan mengunakan metode RULA yaitu untuk bagian grub A lengan atas membentuk sudut 200-450, lengan bawah membentuk sudut lebih 900 dengan posisi tangan netral, posisi tangan tertekuk pada posisi tengah dan posisi statis dan tidak melakukan gerakan yang mengulang 4 kali permenit. Untuk grup B untuk posisi leher membentuk sudut kurang dari 100, dengan punggung netral dan posisi seimbang. Serta pemberian alas (bantalan) pada tempat duduk agar tidak sakit pada pantat,penambahan pengambilan lilin malam agar bisa digunakan satu orang satu, agar meminimalisir sudut-sudut dalam melakukan gerakan saat pengambilan lilin,sering melakukan gerakan yang bermacam variasi agar tidak terjadi kelelahan.

The problems faced by PT NCS LOGISTIC LINK today are the problems that are often faced is the handling of incoming and outgoing goods in the company's warehouse, the company still does not have a defined system, so that the placement of goods in the warehouse is not neatly arranged so that the warehouse seems narrow. Likewise, the warehouse line or line layout is not clear, the placement of finished goods for both export and local products is placed in one location with the material (Completely Knock Down / CKD) in one warehouse location, there is no barrier between the goods belonging to one customer and another. other things, goods are placed to close the road area or forklift lanes and warehouse doors, and goods that have entered earlier are closed with new incoming goods, thus hampering the process of handling goods. With limited storage space, companies are required to use space effectively and efficiently so that storage activities are not hampered and can find the best layout that is more effective and efficient and does not hamper the delivery process. The method used in warehousing management is a shared storage approach in which the products that have the most shipping frequency and the ones that frequently go in and out are brought close to the entrance to minimize the distance of material handling movement. The results of the shared storage approach can minimize the material handling distance of the proposed layout is 1386 m, while the previous condition, the initial layout distance was 1900 m. Has a total range of 514 meters of total mileage. This means that the layout of the proposal could shorten the mileage through which warehouse workers take goods.
Penelitian ini dilakukan padah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang furniture dengan berbagai macam produk seperti meja, kursi, lemari, sofa, tempat tidur dll. Sistem yang digunakan perusahaan yaitu sistem make to order diterapkan berdasarkan permintaan konsumen. Perusahaan ini sering mengalami beberapa kendala dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan supply chain berupa keterlambatan pengiriman bahan baku, proses produksi, hingga pengiriman produk ke konsumen mengalami keterlambatan. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan pengukuran kinerja rantai pasok perusahaan yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja rantai pasok perusahaan, mengidentifikasi masalah, dan mengidentifikasi perbaikan kinerja. Metode yang digunakan adalah SCOR (Supply Chain Operation Reference) DAN Fuzzy AHP (Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process). Dalam metode SCOR, pengukuran didasarkan pada lima proses inti, yaitu Plan. Source, Make, Deliver, Return dan dijelaskan oleh indikator kinerja utama yang dinyatakan dalam bentuk atribut individu dan indikator kinerja utama (KPI). Selain itu, setiap indikator ditimbang menggunakan metode AHP fuzzy. Hasil penelitian ini terhadap kinerja keseluruhan CV Sekar Langgeng memperoleh nilai akhir kinerja SCM sebesar 88 dengan kategori skala > 80 (baik). Namun, masih terdapat beberapa indikator yang masuk dalam kategori rata-rata, seperti Timly delivery performance supplier dengan skor 66,8, Kepatuhan terhadap jadwal produksi dengan skor 60, Kinerja pengiriman tepat waktu oleh perusahaan dengan skor 74,4.
