The making of Indonesian soccer robot in the division of the Indonesian Football Robot Contest (KRSBI) especially in the process of coil rolling machines on a solenoid does not pay attention to ergonomic factors. The process of winding the wire on the solenoid is done using only the hands manually and in an un ergonomic body position, which is turning and bending. As a result, the convolution process lasts longer and in the wrong posture, causing fatigue and back pain. Macroergonomic Analysis and Design (MEAD) and Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) approaches are used to analyze the posture of the wire. The solution is obtained by design and making an ergonomic and semi-automatic coil rolling machines to solenoid Robot based on the Arduino Microcontroller
Abstract. This study focuses on researching the implementation of supply chain management in supplier performance measurement using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) Objective Matrix (OMAX) and Traffic Light System. The method used consisted of several stages: Identification stage of criteria variable and subcriteria variable, designing hierarchy AHP structure, calculating the weight of each criterion and subcriteria, supplier performance appraisal using OMAX method, calculating the total value of each supplier perfomance and identifying the performance of each supplier Using color indicator from Traffic Light System. Based on the results of the research, it can be seen that 9 out of 10 suppliers that are considered have a good performance while 1 supplier has a performance under the target.
A manufacturing company engaged in the manufacturing of diesel engines in Indonesia has a problem with high downtime. The most frequent replacement frequency is in the cylinder liner line which in April - June 2018 has 1254 units of replacements, besides that the cylinder liner line also has the highest downtime of 7243.94 minutes. To overcome this problem, it is necessary to schedule tool replacement using the Age Replacement method, where this method is to determine the tool replacement schedule with the least downtime. After that the calculation is done using the Availability method, where the higher the Availability value of a tool, the better the condition of the tool to operate according to its function. And finally the calculation is done using the Reliability method, where the higher the value of the reliability of a tool, the less likely the damage will occur to the tool.
PT MMN merupakan sebuah perusahaan otomotif yang memproduksi engine mobil. Permasalahan yang ada yaitu downtime yang diakibatkan oleh penggantian cutting tool cukup tinggi, sehingga perlu dilakukan perbaikan untuk mengurangi bahkan menghilangkan downtime akibat penggantian cutting tool tersebut. Metode yang digunakan adalah reliability, maintainability dan availability (RAM) dan cost of unreliability (COUR) untuk menghitung waktu penggantian cutting tool yang optimum dengan biaya yang terendah dan maintenance value stream mapping (MVSM) untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dengan mengeliminasi kegiatan yang tidak mempunyai nilai tambah. Hasil Penelitian ini rata – rata nilai reliability pada MTBF cukup rendah yaitu sebesar 46,95%. Rata – rata availability mencapai target yaitu 95% untuk nilai inherent availability (Ai) sebesar 98,60%, achieved availability (Ai) sebesar 98,64%dan operational availability (Ai) sebesar 94,91% (cutting tool OP030 T1, T2, T3 dan T4 tidak tercapai tingkat availabilitynya) serta nilai maintainability didapatkan hasil yang sangat rendah yaitu sebesar 5,212%. Sedangkan biaya ketidakhandalan penggantian cutting tool change ini cukup tinggi dengan rata - rata biaya ketidakhandalan akibat korektif sebesar Rp 39.645.551,958 dan rata – rata biaya ketidakhandalan yang disebabkan oleh downtime sebesar Rp 60.096.209,958. Hasil perbaikan pada MVSM maka didapatkan nilai VA (MTTR) sebesar 4,05 menit dengan presentase 39,74% atau sama dengan nilai dari presentase efisiensi maintenance. Sedangkan nila NVA (MTTO + MTTY) sebesar 6,14 menit dengan presentase 60,26%. Sehingga nilai future state Mapping yang lebih baik, hal ini dapat dilihat dari pengurangan NVA sebesar 30,02 menit yaitu dari 36,16 menit (90,43%) menjadi 6,14 menit (60,26%) serta naikknya presentase efisiensi perawatan dari 9,57% menjadi 39,74% atau lebih dari 3 kali efisiensi awal
AbstrakAbstrak PT PJB UBJOM PLTU Tanjung Awar-awar unit 1 dengan kapasitas total daya 350 MW. Setelah dilakukan program combusition tunning di bulan februari 2017, PLTU tanjung awar-awar dapat meningkatkan effisiensi peralatan tertinggi pada sistem pembangkit jawa-bali dan mendapatkan merrit order tertinggi oleh PLN. Permasalahan yang sering terjadi di adalah terjadi kebocoran body pulverizer. Kebocoran ini di sebabkan over velocity pulverizer akibat penggunaan variasi batubara. Dalam penggunaan batubara low range coal, operator harus menaikan flow primary air untuk mencapai outlet temperatur yang sesuai. Kenaikan tersebut menyebabkan naiknya coal flow pada Mill/Pulverizer, coal flow maksimal pada pulverizer 38.5 t/h sedangkan actual opeasi 43.7 t/h. Over velocity yang terjadi pada pulverizer secara tidak langsung meningkatkan laju abrasive di dalam coal pulverizer. Dengan penerapan metode Root Cause Failure Analysis di dapat melakuakan redesign inner linning body pulverizer. Redesign ini bertujuan menekan laju abrasive yang tinggi di dalam pulverizer dengan menaikan hardness pada dinding pulverizer. Kondisi awal plate S5 222 HB atau 19 RC menjadi 625 HB atau 60 Rc. Dengan melakukan Redesign inner linning body pulverizer, maka akan membantu mengoptimalkan kehandalan pengoperasian pulverizer.
