Introduction. Hypovitaminosis is currently common among various social groups. The present research offers a new medical formulation that includes a complex of antioxidant vitamins with a highly beneficial synergistic effect. Study objects and methods. The research employed the SF-36 questionnaire to assess the quality of life in patients with chronic diseases, as recommended by the WHO. The SF-36 questionnaire provides a quantitative description of the physical, emotional, and social components of the quality of life. Clinical control was performed on days 31–32 from the onset of the medication. The state of the microcirculatory bed was assessed in laboratory conditions by applying pressure to the nail bed. The concentration of malondialdehyde was determined by the method developed by M. Uchiyama and M. Mihara. Results and discussion. The paper introduces the formulation and describes the properties of each component. The efficacy of the medicine was confirmed experimentally. Twenty education and health workers were administered the medicine for one month. The control group consisted of fifteen volunteers, who were randomized and grouped according to professional factor, sex, and age. The control group consumed the medicine together with standard vitamins A, C, and E in adequate dosages. Conclusion. The developed medicine proved able to improve the physical, social, and emotional aspects of life quality under high psychophysical stress. The polyvalent effect of the components demonstrated a tropism to collagen synthesis. In addition, it showed an antioxidant effect and improved microcirculation. The medicine can be used preventively to reduce the risk of chronic pathology based on the accumulation of excess free radical activity.

Особую актуальность приобретают вопросы профилактики и лечения сердечнососудистых заболеваний с использованием фактора питания, при этом основное место отводят природным биологически активным соединениям и их комплексам [3,5,7].В настоящее время, сердечно-сосудистые заболевания: ишемическая болезнь сердца, инфаркт, артериальная гипертензия -наиболее частые причины смерти, приводящие к существенным социальным потерям [3].В большинстве экономически развитых стран мира, в том числе России, отмечается рост цереброваскулярных расстройств, являющихся следствием вышеуказанных патологий. По данным ВОЗ, смертность от сосудистых заболеваний головного мозга составляет 30-50 % от всех заболеваний системы кровообращения или около 14 % от общей смертности населения, что определяет актуальность рассматриваемой проблемы и необходимость принятия соответствующих мер по ее решению. A phytocomplex in the form of a biologically active additive (BAA) with targeted antitumor activity due to the synergistic effect of the components of the antioxidant formulation has been developed. It includes peach leaf, extract; vitamins E and C and -carotene. Sanitary-hygienic and sanitary-toxicological safety studies were carried out during 39 months of storage at 25 °C in a dry, dark place. The hygienic wellbeing of the product is shown. The shelf life is set to not more than 3 years from the date of manufacture. Physicochemical, organoleptic and nutritional values are defined as regulated indicators. The functional orientation of the product is due to the content of ascorbic acid, tocopherol and -carotene, respectively, at the level of 30, 10 and 2 mg in 1 capsule. A new technology for the encapsulated form of dietary supplements has been proposed. It has several advantages compared to its analogues such as the availability of hardware design, the efficiency of water extraction, the absence of oxidative and hydrolytic reactions due to the hard shell of the capsule, sparing process parameters that ensure the preservation of biologically active ingredients and their active principles. A feature of the developed dietary supplement is the bioavailability of the components of the formulation and their milder effect on the body without the manifestation of side effects.
An herbal composition in the form of a biologically active additive (BAA) has been developed, the prescription of which is aimed at correcting metabolic processes in Diabetes Mellitus (DM) of the 2 type. The prescription formula of the specialized product is scientifically substantiated taking into account the biochemical characteristics and synergistic properties of raw ingredients and their active principles. The innovative technology for the production of dietary supplements is a tablet form of a bioactive complex that is received by pressing main and excipients components. Its advantage is the ability to accurately dispense, small volume of tablet form and ease of storage; a special film coating provides tablet strength and protection against aggressive external influences. There were established some regulated quality indicators, including nutritional values, which determine the functional properties of a specialized product. Thus 1 tablet contains not less than: manganese -0.8 mg; zinc -2.3 mg; chrome 0.1 mg; tannins -20 mg; flavonoids -10 mg; vitamin C -8.6 mg. The effectiveness and functional orientation of dietary supplements has been proven in clinical studies by including in the diet of patients with 2 type of diabetes -1 tablet 2 times a day for 1 month, together with sugarlowering therapy. Patients, who were taking the phytocomplex, had decrease in blood glucose, total cholesterol and triglycerides against the background of an improvement in overall well-being and a decrease in body mass index.
The work develops the formulation and technology for probiotic candies enriched with bifidobacteria (bifidobacterium adolescentis) and lactobacteria (lactobacillus plantarum and lactobacillus acidophilus) in respective amount of (CFU/100 g) at least 5.0 *109 and 5.0 *108.. The feature of the technology is the application of microencaspulation providing the stability of probitotics in aggressive medium of stomach, preservation of their properties, survival and activation with transportation to the location of living activities. The biologically active components of the formula demonstrate high stability on the example of vitamin C. The quality and safety indicators were studied along with organoleptic (shape, exterior, color, taste and odor), physicochemical (average mass of one candy, moist mass fraction), sanitary and hygienic (mesophile aerobic and facultatively anaerobic microorganisms, pathogenic, including salmonela, coliforms, yeast fungi, moulds), sanitary and toxicological (lead, arsenic, cadmium, mercury, cesium-137, strontium-90), which allowed determining the nutritional value, functional destination and sell-by date of developed products: mass fraction of ascorbic acid, mg/100 g-900; content of bifidobacteria (bifidobacterium adolescentis) (for Bifidopan candies) CFU/100g, not less than 5.0 *109; lactobactera (lactobacillus plantarum and lactobacillus acidophilus) (for Laktopan candies) CFU/100 g, not less than 5.0 *108; fats, g/100g (averaged data)-20.5; carbohydrates, g/100 g (averaged data)-67.3. Energy value is 454 kcal. Sell-by date is 1 year at the temperature not higher than 25 ºC and relative air humidity of 70%. Special products were tested under conditions of production, certified within the international requirements such as ISO 9001 and GMP rules.
