Abstracts-Teamwork and collaborative practice are necessary tools in handling health problems and the importance of interprofessional teamwork is becoming increasingly recognized. The process of team development is a series of multilevel, overlapping responsibilities, which are intertwined with each other, and disruption of team development process will lead to conflict. This study analyzed the pattern of intragroup conflict and group process in an interprofessional team. The study was conducted at the State Islamic University (UIN), Jakarta, Indonesia from February to October 2012 and involved 62 students (77.5% of total sample) from four disciplines (medicine, nursing, pharmacist and public health). They engaged in an interprofessional learning for community-based health care (COMIC program). Following their participation in this program, a positive result was achieved of improved group process (factors of trust, mutual respect, and open discussion) with significant statistical impact on the improvement of intragroup conflict (conflict of relationship, task and process) over time. This research produced a unique pattern of intragroup conflict and group process for each discipline.
Introduction: Cytoglobin (Cygb) is an oxygen transporter marker that appears in hypoxic conditions. The clinical condition of Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) cases, in general is that patients experience hypoxemia with low oxygen saturation. The Cygb gene is stimulated by the Hypoxia-Inducible Factor-1alpha (HIF-1α) transcription factor, which is stable in hypoxia. Methods: This study investigates Cygb expression in hypoxic COVID-19 cases. The design of this research is analytically observational. Parameters measured were Cygb mRNA and protein levels, correlation of HIF-1α and Cygb proteins in COVID-19 patients with Alpha, Beta, Delta, Omicron variants and negative control patients. Results: The results showed that each Cygb mRNA level decreased by 0.50, 0.92, 0.75 and 0.84 times that of the control. In contrast, Cygb protein levels (ng/mL) increased (16.95; 20.33; 21.20; 14.01 and 6.29 control). Strong negative correlation between mRNA and Cygb protein (R = -0.611). Strong positive correlation between HIF-1α and Cygb protein (R = 0.670). Conclusion: This study showed that Cygb mRNA expression decreased, further increasing Cygb protein; HIF-1α protein levels increased, further increasing Cygb protein. In COVID-19 patients (Alpha, Beta, Delta and Omicron variants), there is an increase in Cygb protein levels through stimulation of HIF-1α, which is stable under hypoxic conditions. The regulation of Cygb in this study has the potential to become the basis for handling cases of viral infections or other cases of hypoxia.
Abstract People who are increasingly critical and brave to put forward their wishes, demands and aspirations, and exercise control over government performance. People are increasingly daring to demand the public bureaucracy to change its position and role in providing public services. This study aims to determine the application of bureaucratic ethics based on a code of ethics in public services. Regency and City Governments are expected to be the spearhead in the implementation of services to the community in the regions. The spirit of regional autonomy is basically an effort to make local governments independent in carrying out and carrying out government tasks, development and community empowerment in the regions. For this reason, the Regional Government must always be responsive in responding to and responding to the needs and desires of the community. This research uses library research method, research whose main object is books or other decision sources. The results of the study show that the fundamental problem in the process of public service in Indonesia is about ethics. There are no universal standards of norms or ethics as well as sanctions that specifically regulate violations committed by officials in public services.
This study aims to obtain an overview of the iconic form of the name of traditional Javanese food from the phonestemic aspect. This is based on the fact that many types of traditional Javanese food still exist and are productive, especially when viewed in traditional markets, or even in certain supermarkets. Therefore, this study will describe the words of the names of traditional Javanese foods based on their phonestemic aspects. This field study research uses a qualitative descriptive method with "agih" and "padan" analysis techniques. The agih technique is to analyze data related to language elements directly, for example, words and their constituent elements used as names for traditional foods. The equivalent technique to analyze language elements compared to foreign language elements is related to the depiction of traditional name icons, especially the characters and types of traditional Javanese food. The results of this study will prove that many traditional Javanese foods are related to phonestemic processes that are adapted to the character of certain types of food.
