Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk dapat mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh dari Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di kabupaten Gresik, sehingga harapannya Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) dapat memberikan sumbangsih bagi pemerintah daerah khususnya di kabupaten Gresik. pada penelitian ini memakai pendekatan kuantitatif yang dapat dilihat dari persepsi para pejabat yang ada di lingkungan kabupaten Gresik. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampel 100 responden dari kalangan pejabat yang berada di lingkungan kerja kabupaten Gresik. Penelitian ini menggunakan Uji Validitas, Uji Realibilitas serta Uji Pengaruh Parsial (Uji t), sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan SPSS versi 21. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwaPendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) memiliki pengaruh/berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di kabupaten Gresik. Kata Kunci: Pendapatan A

Probiotics are dietary supplements that contain lactic acid bacteria (BAL), which are capable of converting sugars (including lactose). Probiotics are used in the prevention of infectious diseases. Nira is often used as an ingredient to make alcoholic beverages (tuak) and sugar, but it has not been able to increase the economic value of sap water. The purpose of this study was to isolate lactic acid bacteria in sap as a probiotic candidate. The method in this study was carried out by isolating lactic acid bacteria in sap with a dilution series of 10-0, 10-1, 10-2, 10-3, 10-4, 10-5, and 10-6, then pipetting 1 ml into a cup petri dish and incubating in an anaerobic jar equipped with Anaerocult for 2 x 24 hours. Then macroscopic and microscopic observations were made and sugar and catalase tests were carried out to determine the type of bacteria found. The results of the isolation and characterization of bacteria in the sap were found to be 4 isolates, namely isolate 1A, which is Bacillus coagulans bacteria. Isolate 1B was a Bacillus licheniformis bacteria. Isolates 2A and 2B are bacteria from the genus Lactobacillussp.

This study aims to provide a model of community and economic empowerment strategies during the pandemic carried out by LAZ Yatim Mandiri Sidoarjo Branch. So far, most LAZs do have a program focus that is not only for mustahiq, but often the programs seem sudden that are not programmed. Not so for LAZ Yatim Mandiri Sidoarjo Branch which has a very effective community and economic empowerment strategy because it has an efficient management pattern, based on proportionality and a sustainable economy. This is important for research because an empowerment strategy has not been formulated that can be used as a model for other LAZs in the midst of the general economic downturn. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of field research. Which is collecting data directly to the field using data collection techniques through interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the MSME Bangkit Program and assistance carried out by LAZ Yatim Mandiri Sidoarjo Branch has an impact or benefit for the recipients of the program in the form of growing businesses owned by recipients and can improve their standard of living even in a pandemic.

Reformasi birokrasi menjadi topik krusial dalam memaknai issue penting dunia selayakanya climate change dan green economy. Climate change tidak dapat secara aktif dihentikan akan tetapi dampak yang ditimbulkan dapat dikurangi ataupun dicegah ketika birokrasi memiliki pandangan luas tentang perspektif climate change. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Pertama, Untuk mengetahui implementasi reformasi birokrasi untuk merespon climate change Desa Ngingas Kabupaten Sidoarjo; Kedua, Untuk mengetahui penerapan green economy pada Desa Ngingas Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Ketiga, Untuk mengetahui strategi kebijakan mencegah climate change pada green economy di Desa Ngingas Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif-kualitatif, peneliti mengumpulkan data dalam bentuk hasil wawancara, dokumentasi, dan observasi. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan implementasi reformasi birokrasi telah dilakukan secara berkala di Desa Ngingas Kabupaten Sidoarjo secara berkala triwulan dan menghadirkan beberapa ahli di bidang pemerintah untuk mendapatkan second opinion. Penerapan green economy di Desa Ngingas tidak secara menyeluruh dapat dilaksanakan mengingat kegiatan produksi yang memang menggunakan bahan-bahan berbahaya yang menghasilkan limbah B3.
