The article presents an overview of the main prospects for the implementation and use of educational testing platforms in educational institutions. The authors examine the meaning of such concepts as «test», «distance testing», «training test», and define the features of their semantic meanings. The main four groups of educational distance testing with a list of digital platforms and tools are identified. Designing the educational process in the conditions of distance learning puts forward tasks for testing -a productive and creative approaches to identify and improve the professional competencies of students. It is proved that the relevance of the topic is equally important for both groups ofo institutions: higher education institutions and institutions of continuing professional education.The authors have developed a questionnaire for teachers and students of
У статті розглядається проблема формування цифрових компетентностей педагога під час кризових ситуацій в Україні – COVID-19 та війни в Україні. Вимушений перехід до дистанційного навчання спричинив трансформації в освітньому процесі, до яких педагоги, безумовно, повинні підлаштуватись. Адже формування мотивації та створення умов для їх навчання й саморозвитку упродовж професійної діяльності, модернізація на всіх рівнях освіти змісту, форм, методів та технологій навчання відповідають вимогам інформаційного громадянського полікультурного суспільства. Цифрові компетентності викладача набувають нового значення – це необхідність удосконалення, поглиблення знань, освоєння сучасних ефективних технологій, оновлення змісту освіти, комунікація в системі «викладач – студент». Авторами були розглянуті вимоги та обов’язки педагога, розроблені декілька опитувальників, оформлених у Google-формах. Цей варіант був найпростішим і найзручнішим з точки зору потенційних респондентів. В опитуванні взяло участь близько 130 педагогів та викладачів, різних закладів освіти – від шкільної до вищих навчальних закладів. Адже опитування були проведені під час Всеукраїнських конференцій та майстер-класів. Опитування показало, що більша частина педагогів впевнена в перерозподілі форм навчання та переважна більшість вважає, що буде панувати змішана форма навчання. Фактори, які спонукають викладача покращувати свої цифрові компетентності, були представлені в другому опитуванні. Респонденти зазначили, що збільшення фінансування, внутрішня мотивація та перспективи свого майбутнього саме в професії (в теорії та практиці викладанні) є найбільш вагомими факторами для них. Усе це пояснюється тим, що багато вчителів залишили територію, на якій проживали, або навіть виїхали за кордон під час війни. Тому розуміння людьми, що вони потрібні, що їхня професія має вагомий внесок та цінність для держави, спонукає людину шукати різні методи та способи до цифрового навчання, до свого саморозвитку, самовдосконалення, а відтак – до пошуку тих цифрових платформ та засобів навчання, які є актуальними на даний момент.
The relevance of the chosen topic of the article is determined by the fact that at the time of development of postmodern society there is a growing awareness of the need for innovation in the educational process, the use of mentoring and coaching in training teachers for the New Ukrainian School and in building teacher-student relationships. The purpose of the article is to study and substantiate the importance of mentoring and coaching in the training of teachers for the New Ukrainian School, identification of common features and differences in the concept of coaching and mentoring. The article analyzes connection of three didactic theories with the phases of mentoring and coaching in the training of teachers for the New Ukrainian School, presents collegial models of counseling in the New Ukrainian School, defines common and different features in the concepts of coaching and mentoring. In the field of work with young professionals, with students within the New Ukrainian School, the terms mentoring, coaching and tutoring are used as forms of counseling. In a broad sense, mentors can coach, but it is very difficult for a coach to become a mentor. On the other hand, mentors and coaches can become tutors, but tutors are unlikely to become coaches or mentors. In order to guide and advise young professionals, students in a contemporary educational institution, the criteria of tutoring, coaching will be considered, characteristics of behaviorism, cognitivism and constructivism will be defined and the characteristics of building relationships in the perspective of these didactic theories will be presented.
Priority areas for education reform in Ukraine are defined by the National Strategy for the Development of Education in Ukraine (2013–2021) and the National Strategy for Physical Fitness in Ukraine until 2025. These are: physical education, physical culture, the formation of motor skills and abilities of students. The purpose of the article is to analyze the problem of health care in the educational environment of general secondary education institutions through physical education. The article proves that the health and formation of motor function of students in general secondary education is a complex problem. The problem requires the development of methodological principles, the development of motor function and feedback on the effectiveness of pedagogical influence on the development of motor skills and abilities of students. There is a need to take into account the age, gender and individual characteristics of school students, based on the program which can achieve the most effective results. Object of research: educational process in general secondary education institutions of Ukraine. Subject of research: formation of the process of health care of students of general secondary education institutions of Ukraine. Conclusions. 1. In the conditions of general secondary education institutions there are the following ways to increase the motor activity of students: ensuring the functioning of the motor mode of children; monitoring the state of motor readiness of children; creating conditions for the formation of children's skills of self-organization and self-control, which will promote the activation of motor activity; control of the process of formation of effective motor behavior of students of general secondary education. 2. In order to achieve a high level of physical activity, students need to pay more attention to the process of physical improvement in educational institutions, in the process of upbringing in families and in out-of-school educational institutions. 3. The norm of motor activity in childhood is taken to be the amount of motor activity that fully meets the biological needs of movement, promotes good health. 4. Methods of motor activity of students of general secondary education are as follows: exercises with elements of gymnastics, jumping, games for active recreation, mastering the skills of strength exercises, rhythm in the structure of movement, the ability to control movements.
The article is devoted to the problem of motivation for distance learning of students of higher education institutions under martial law. The Russian Federation's invasion of Ukraine, which continues today, has caused enormous damage to the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of the Ukrainian people. Accordingly, students, teachers and educational institutions themselves must adapt to the high degree of uncertainty that can exist in the educational process due to the threats and risks of today.Motivation is the condition that activates and supports goal-directed behavior. It is crucial to lifelong learning and achievement in both informal and formal learning environments. Motivation is an important factor for all levels of education. However, because students in a distance learning environment are physically away from instructors, other students, and the learning environment, this concept becomes more important for online education.Motivating students in distance learning and supporting their motivation throughout the learning process is a problem that teachers and administrators of educational institutions should pay attention to. At the moment, despite the fact that there are many approaches, models and theories concerning the increase and support of motivation and involvement in educational processes, it is seen that there is not enough work and effective, efficient strategies that can be applied in distance learning.
