Abstrak — Rumusan masalah penelitian adalah apakah terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran berbasis proyek terhadap hasil belajar instalasi listrik bangunan sederhana siswa SMK Negeri 2 Bitung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan teknik uji – t yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengaruh model pembelajaran berbasis proyek terhadap hasil belajar instalasi listrik bangunan sederhana siswa SMK Negeri 2 Bitung. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI Jurusan TITL, yang berjumlah 36 orang dan sampel penelitian yakni keseluruhan dari populasi yakni siswa kelas XI Jurusan TITL, yang berjumlah 36 orang. Kemudian sampel dibagi dalam dua kelompok, yakni kelompok eksperimen 18 siswa dan kelompok kontrol 18 siswa. Kesimpulan penelitian diperoleh t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel yakni t hitung = 5,063 t tabel = 2,050, sehingga hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran berbasis proyek terhadap hasil belajar instalasi listrik bangunan sederhana siswa SMK Negeri 2 Bitung.
Abstract– This research develops knowledge and experience to improve student learning outcomes and mastery of learning materials. Increased knowledge about applying learning methods to improve learning outcomes of electromechanical elementary work students of class X TITL SMK Cokroaminoto Kotamobagu. The learning method used is a demonstration method which can be interpreted as one way of presenting lessons by demonstrating and demonstrating to students about a particular process, situation, or object being studied either in its tangible form or in an imitation form that is shown by the teacher or other learning resources used by the teacher. Expert in the topic to be demonstrated. With the demonstration method, students can develop the ability to observe all objects involved in the process and draw the expected conclusions. This study indicates that the teacher and students collect solutions obtained by students based on particular studies and then find findings of what students learn at this stage. Then the teacher stimulates students' motivation, especially students who are less active in the learning process. Applying this method in the study of Basic Electromechanical Work shows an increase in students' learning outcomes in class X TITL SMK Cokroaminoto. Abstrak– Penelitian ini mengembangkan pengetahuan dan pengalaman guna meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa serta penguasaan materi pembelajaran. Peningkatan wawasan pengetahuan tentang penerapan metode pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar Pekerjaan Dasar Elektro Mekanik siswa kelas X TITL SMK Cokroaminoto Kotamobagu. Metode pembelajaran yang digunakan adalah metode demonstrasi yang dapat diartikan sebagai salah satu cara penyajian pelajaran dengan memperagakan dan mempertunjukkan pada siswa tentang suatu proses, situasi atau benda tertentu yang sedang dipelajari baik dalam bentuk sebenarnya maupun dalam bentuk tiruan yang dipertunjukkan oleh guru atau sumber belajar lain yang ahli dalam topik bahasan yang harus didemonstrasikan. Dengan metode demonstrasi peserta didik berkesempatan mengembangkan kemampuan mengamati segala benda yang sedang terlibat dalam proses serta dapat mengambil kesimpulan-kesimpulan yang diharapkan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, pada tahap ini guru dan siswa mengumpulkan solusi-solusi yang didapat oleh siswa berdasarkan studi khusus kemudian menemukan kesimpulan tentang apa yang dipelajari siswa. Kemudian guru memacu motivasi pada siswa terlebih khusus siswa yang kurang aktif dalam proses pembelajaran berlangsung. Penerapan metode ini pada pembelajaran Pekerjaan Dasar Elektro Mekanik menunjukkan adanya peningkatan hasil belajar siswa kelas X TITL SMK Cokroaminoto.

This study aims to: (1) determine the effect of interest in learning on student achievement in the electrical installation engineering expertise program 11th class SMK Negeri 1 Tongkuno, and (2)To determine the effect of learning creativity on student achievement in the electrical installation engineering skill program 11th class SMK Negeri 1 Tongkuno, (3) To determine the effect of interest and creativity on student achievement in the electrical installation engineering expertise program 11th class SMK Negeri 1 Tongkuno. The population in this study was all students of class XI-a (28 students) and students of class XI-b (25 students) at SMK Negeri 1 Tongkuno, with 53 students, so this research is a population study. Questionnaires and documentation do data collection. Questionnaire to collect data on interest and creativity in learning while documentation to collect data on learning achievement. This instrument trial was conducted on 35 students of 11th class TITL SMK Negeri 1 Tongkuno; the multiple regression analysis techniques were used in the data analysis. The analysis requirements test was conducted before data analysis, including normality, multicollinearity, autocorrelation, and heteroscedasticity. The result of this study is that (1) learning interest (X1) has a significant effect on learning achievement (Y), which is indicated by a significance value of .000 < .023 so that the first hypothesis proposed can be accepted. Learning creativity (X2) has a significant effect on student achievement (Y); this is indicated by a significance value of .004 < .05, so the second hypothesis formulated in this study can be accepted. Based on the result of hypothesis testing, it claims that student progress in the electrical installation engineering competence program 11th class SMK Negeri 1 Tongkuno is significantly influenced by enthusiasm and creativity, it can be proven by the significance value of F (F-sig) of = .000 which means it is smaller than α = .05 (F-sig .000 < .05).
To find out about production unit management in terms of planning, implementation and supervision in SMKN 2 in Technology and Engineering group, at Manado City. This is a descriptive research with quantitative approach. Total sample taken is 30 respondents. The results of the research of production management, from the aspect of planning is in very good category, the implementation aspect is in the less good category and the supervision aspect is in good category.
