The number of traffic accidents, including motorcycle traffic accidents in the City of Bandung in 2013–2017 tends to decrease. However, traffic accidents involving motorbikes still dominate traffic accidents that occur. The proportion of traffic accidents involving motorbikes is still the highest compared to those of other traffic accidents, and reaches a maximum in 2015, which is 93% of the number of traffic accidents in the City of Bandung. In addition, the chance of death in motorcycle traffic accidents is still relatively high, which is between 9% and 21%. The high chance of death victims requires a more in-depth study to improve traffic safety, especially in motorcycle use. Keywords: traffic accidents, motorcycle traffic accidents, traffic accident victims, traffic safety Abstrak Jumlah kecelakaan lalu lintas, termasuk kecelakaan lalu lintas sepeda motor di Kota Bandung pada tahun 2013–2017 cenderung mengalami penurunan. Walaupun demikian, kecelakaan lalu lintas yang melibatkan sepeda motor masih mendominasi kecelakaan lalu lintas yang terjadi. Proporsi kecelakaan lalu lintas yang melibatkan sepeda motor masih yang terbesar dibandingkan dengan kejadian kecelakaan lalu lintas yang lain, dan mencapai maksimum pada tahun 2015, yaitu 93% terhadap jumlah kecelakaan lalu lintas di Kota Bandung. Selain itu, peluang terjadinya korban meninggal dunia dalam kecelakaan lalu lintas sepeda motor masih relatif tinggi, yaitu antara 9% hingga 21%. Tingginya peluang terjadinya korban meninggal dunia ini membutuhkan penelitian yang lebih mendalam untuk meningkatkan keselamatan berlalu lintas, khususnya dalam penggunaan sepeda motor. Jalan perkotaan dan pedesaan di Indonesia mengalami peningkatan pergerakan arus dan volume lalulintas setiap tahun. Peningkatan lalu lintas harus diimbangi dengan peningkatan infrastruktur jalan, baikdari kualitas maupun kuantitas. Jalan A merupakan ruas jalan yang berada di Kabupaten Lebak. Jalan Amerupakan salah satu jalan yang dijadikan alternatif peningkatan infrastruktur apabila terjadi kemacetankendaraan di ruas jalan utama. Kondisi eksisting ruas jalan A yang terjadi pada saat mengalami tingkatkerusakan berat pada sepanjang ruas jalan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka perlu dilakukan perencanaanpeningkatan ruas jalan A untuk memenuhi kualitas dan dilakukan pelebaran jalan untuk memenuhikuantitas. Perencanaan jalan menggunakan Metode Pt-T-01-2002-B/AASTHO 1993 dan metodeManual Desain Perkerasan jalan (MDP) 2017. Perencanaan yang dihasilkan digunakan untukmemberikan alternative dalam perhitungan desain. Perhitungan yang didapat menjadi acuanpengambilan keputusan oleh pihak stake holder dalam menentukan desain perencanaan yang digunakan.

This methodology can explain their purpose and then designing the system of human activity to achieve these goals. The stages that exist in the methodology of SSM consists of 7 stages that starts from the verification problem situation that is not structured through the design of the system of human activity which are expected to help improve the situation. Think the system is a field transdisiplin that appears as a response to the limitations of a technical approach in the process of reduction to solve a certain problem which in this case is attempted to be applied through the SSM as a method in the application of the online management system (OMS) consultant planner construction. Using the approach of Soft Systems Methodology, manufacturing management system online (CSO) will more fully describe the problems that occurred previously.
Jalan merupakan prasarana yangsangat dibutuhkan dalam sistem transportasi untuk menghubungkan suatu tempat ke tempat lain dalam rangka pemenuhan kebutuhan ekonomi, sosial, dan budaya. Kondisi jalan yang baik diperlukan untuk kelancararn kegiatan transportasi yaitu untuk mempercepat kelancaran mobilisasi barang dan jasa secara aman dan nyaman. Pertumbuhan jumlah kendaraan yang tinggi berdampak pada masalah lalu lintas di jalan raya, seperti yang terjadi pada ruas Jalan Mohammad Toha. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui berapa kapasitas jalan, nilai derajat kejenuhan, kecepatan kendaraan, waktu tempuh dan tingkat pelayanan jalan. Hasil penelitian ruas Jalan Mohammad Toha merupakan daerah perkantoran dengan beberapa toko di sisi jalan dengan panjang ruas jalan yang diteliti 0.2 km, lebar jalur 12 m dan lebar trotoar 1.5m. dan setelah dilakukan penilitian pada ruas Jalan Mohammad Toha, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa ruas jalan ini termasuk pada tingkat pelayanan C.
Ciherang Irrigation Area in Bandung is the location of the study. Based on data obtained, it showed water deficiency in the planting season 1 on October and in the planting season 2 on August. Thus, the study aimed to analyze the comparison between the availability of water and the need of water to get a proper cropping pattern implemented in the irrigation area. The availability of water was obtained from water debit that analyzed using the Weibull method while the need of water was determined by the availability of water for rice and palawija.. The results revealed that requirement of irrigation water in an existing cropping pattern of rice/palawija – rice/palawija – rice/palawija using the highest value of water demand at the weir intake gate (DR), 2,255 1/sec/ha, produced the total availability of water in an amount of 4,832 m3/sec while using the unit number for the implementation of operations in the field obtained the highest irrigation requirement value of 3,449 m3/sec. The alternative cropping pattern of rice – rice – palawija using the total value of water demand at the weir intake gate (DR), 2,436 1/sec/ha produced the availability of water in an amount of 5,261 m3/sec while using the unit number for the implementation of operations in the field obtained the highest irrigation requirement value in amount of 4,154 m3/sec.
