This study aims to explain the role of relational capability and informational capability in mediating the effect of social media adoption on business performance. The population of this study is the owners of the fashion sector SMEs in Bali. The sample size used was 114 businesses with a purposive sampling approach. The analytical technique used is Path Analysis using the SEM-PLS approach. The results show that the adoption of social media has a positive and significant effect on business performance. Social media adoption has a positive and significant effect on relational capability and social media adoption also has a positive and significant effect on informational capability. Furthermore, relational capability has a positive and significant effect on business performance and informational capability has a positive and significant effect on business performance. Relational capability and informational capability can significantly mediate the effect of social media adoption on business performance. Therefore, it is important for SME owners in the fashion sector in Bali to intensify the adoption of social media to build relational and informational capabilities in order to increase business performance.
E-wallet usage in transactions during the Covid-19 pandemic is a cashless movement that supports breaking the chain of transmission of the Covid-19 virus. Intention to use E-wallet during the pandemic is high due to the stay-at-home recommendation that was enforced since the beginning of the breakdown of the first case in Indonesia. Several studies on technology acceptance have been carried out and this study presents a research framework by integrating technology acceptance model (TAM) and theory of planned behavior (TPB) to obtain more comprehensive results to increase technology acceptance intentions by adding virus fear and risk perception to the models that have been tested previously, since the research was conducted when the pandemic is ongoing. The results reveal that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and perceived risk have a direct or indirect effects on attitudes toward using and behavioral intention to use, moderating results of fear of covid-19 on attitudes and intentions as well was found to significantly increase behavioral intention to use E-wallet during the Covid-19 pandemic.
The rapid growth of laundry business led to a high level of competition as happened to Sari Merta Laundry business in Guwang Village, Sukawati District. The purpose of this research is to find out the feasibility of Sari Merta Laundry business reviewed from non-financial and financial aspects. This research is a type of descriptive research with a qualitativequantitative approach. The method of data collection is observation, interview, and documentation. The results of the analysis showed that non-financial aspect (market aspects, technical aspects, management aspects and human resources) of Sari Merta Laundry's is feasible although there are some weakness. Financial aspect of Sari Merta Laundry business is feasible, it's because NPV > 0 and postitif value is Rp.10.244.159. IRR > bank interest rate is 17.47%. PP < investment age is 3,2 years. PI > 1 is 1,18. SWOT analysis showed that Sari Merta Laundry in Quadrant I which supports aggressive growth strategy. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sejauh mana pengaruh Kualitas Jasa Servis (X1) dan Kepuasan Konsumen (X2) terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen (Y) pada toko Asus Global Store di Denpasar. Metode analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode analisis regresi, adapun tahap-tahap pengujiannya adalah validitas, reliabilitas, asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, koefisien determinasi dan pengujian hipotesis. Hasil pengujian hipotesis secara simultan menunjukkan pengaruh kedua variabel independen yang diteliti terbukti secara signifikan mempengaruhi variabel dependen Loyalitas konsumen. Hasil ini mengindikasikan bahwa naik turunnya loyalitas konsumen pada Asus Global Store di Denpasar tergantung oleh naik turunnya tingkat kualitas jasa servis dan kepuasan konsumen yang diberikan oleh usaha tersebut. Angka Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,277 menunjukan bahwa 28% variasi Loyalitas Pelanggan dapat dijelaskan oleh kedua variabel independen dalam persamaan regresi. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 72% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain diluar kedua variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini.
Objek penelitian di Kota Denpasar pada UMKM yang bergerak dibidang perikanan dengan membudidayakan ikan lele. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kelayakan bisnis yang bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran yang lebih mendalam dari kelayakan suatu bisnis dari aspek SKB dengan cara analisis kualitatif dan analisis kuantitatif. Menggunakan analisis SWOT meliputi NPV, IRR, PP, dengan cara wawancara dan observasi. Hasi penelitian menunjukan bahwa nilai (NPV) yaitu Rp. 10.829.000,00, Rp. 56.246.244,00, Rp. 100.504.980,00, nilai (IRR) sebesar 79,55 % lebih besar dari tingkat suku bunga yang ditetapkan, nilai (PP) yang diperoleh menunjukan bahwa hanya memerlukan waktu 1 tahun 6, 62 bulan untuk mengembalikan investasi. Dari hasil analisis yang dilakukan, usaha budidaya ikan lele ini bernilai positif dan bisa untuk ditingkatkan lagi dalam pengembangan usahanya. Usaha budidaya ikan lele layak untuk dijalankan terlebih dapat menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan bagi masyarakat setempat.
