The culture of breastfeeding has been inherited for a long time in Indonesia. Changes in lifestyle have caused an increase in the number of working mothers. Results of the Basic Health Research in 2018 reported exclusive breastfeeding coverage was decreased as much as 17% between 2013 and 2018. The purpose of this study was to determine association of health workers support and other factors on exclusive breastfeeding practice among working mothers in industrial area. Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted in April-June 2018 in industrial area at Cibinong, Bogor, Indonesia. As many as 126 working mothers who had babies aged 7-24 mo were selected using a purposive sampling technique. Results: Only 37.3% of working mothers breastfed their babies exclusively. The support of health workers was the most dominant factor associated with exclusive breastfeeding {(p50.001; OR: 6.210 (1.184-6.257)}. Husband's support {(p50.014; OR: 5.228 (1.306-10.234} were also associated with exclusive breastfeeding. Working mothers who obtained support from health workers were 6.210 times more likely to breastfeed exclusively as compared to mothers who did not receive support from health workers. Conclusions: Actual and direct support from husband and health workers from the period of pregnancy to lactation is important for the success of exclusive breastfeeding among working mothers.

Dalam menghadapi pandemi covid 19 serta diberlakukannya social distancing di kota Denpasar,  membawa dampak bagi perekonomian. Salah satu karakteristik sektor informal adalah cenderung menggunakan sumber daya lokal dan tidak memiliki izin resmi sehingga usaha sektor informal sangat beraneka ragam seperti pedagang kaki lima. Pedagang Lima Kaki buah pikiran dari pedagang yang berjualan di area pinggir perlintasan para pejalan kaki atau trotoar. Perdagangan sendiri merupakan aktivitas bisnis yang sangat fundamental. Kenyataannya menunjukkan bahwa usaha kecil sendiri adalah penyumbang besar pada kekuatan ekonomi negara. Dibutuhkan strategi dalam pemasaran bagi para Pedagang Kaki Lima dengan analisis SWOT yang dapat memaksimalkan kekuatan (streghts) dan peluang (opportunities), namun secara kebersamaan dapat meminimalkan kelemahan (weakness) dan ancaman (threats).

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tradisi megibung serta untuk mengetahui sejarah megibung. Tradisi Megibung diperkenalkan oleh Raja Karangasem yaitu I Gusti Agung Anglurah Ketut Karangasem sekitar tahun 1614 Caka atau 1692 Masehi. Tradisi ini dibawa oleh I Gusti Agung Anglurah Ketut Karangasem saat menang perang dalam menaklukan kerajaan-kerajaan di Sasak, Lombok. Dahulu, saat prajurit sedang makan, Sang Raja membuat aturan makan bersama dalam posisi melingkar yang dinamakan Megibung. Bahkan, Sang Raja ikut makan bersama dengan para prajuritnya Tata cara megibung yaitu warga menyiapkan makanan di atas nampan yang sudah dialasi daun pisang. Nasi utih yang diletakkan di wadah itu disebut gibungan, sedangkan lauk dan sayurnya disebut karangan atau selaan. Through the business feasibility study, business owner can be aware of the information regarding current business position. The information is used as a reference for the owner to run the business ahead. Kulo coffee shop Pemogan is currently facing a situation that requires the owner to be more creative and innovative amid similar business competition that is very strict especially in COVID-19 pandemic. This business feasibility study applied quantitative and qualitative data analysis techniques. Data were obtained through interviews, observations, and documentations conducted at the Kulo coffee shop Pemogan. The data obtained from the research object were then immediately collected and processed. The stages conducted in analyzing the feasibility are through aspects such as market and marketing aspects, legal aspects, technical and technological aspects, environmental aspects, and financial aspects. In finding out the business opportunity of Kulo coffee shop Pemogan, SWOT analysis was done. It consisted of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of this business.

The rapid growth of laundry business led to a high level of competition as happened to Sari Merta Laundry business in Guwang Village, Sukawati District. The purpose of this research is to find out the feasibility of Sari Merta Laundry business reviewed from non-financial and financial aspects. This research is a type of descriptive research with a qualitativequantitative approach. The method of data collection is observation, interview, and documentation. The results of the analysis showed that non-financial aspect (market aspects, technical aspects, management aspects and human resources) of Sari Merta Laundry's is feasible although there are some weakness. Financial aspect of Sari Merta Laundry business is feasible, it's because NPV > 0 and postitif value is Rp.10.244.159. IRR > bank interest rate is 17.47%. PP < investment age is 3,2 years. PI > 1 is 1,18. SWOT analysis showed that Sari Merta Laundry in Quadrant I which supports aggressive growth strategy.
